Very easy to access. The communication was great. I was at a conference at the Hyatt Regency and I could easily walk back-and-forth. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook quick meals. Parking is a little tight and sparse, and you need to pay 154 parking fee directly to the condo association at the office, which is not included in the rental cost. The unit itself is a little dated, but totally functional and very spacious. It was really comfortable. There is a washer and dryer as well as a closet full of beach paraphernalia. I would definitely stay at this property again. You do have to climb some stairs, so be aware if you have people with mobility issues or really small kids that you will be lugging up and down the steps. I did find it a little odd that I didn’t pay through VRBO, instead I paid through the Itrip website, but it all worked out OK.

The location was great but the condo was not. One of the main reasons I booked this condo is because it said it had air conditioning. However, when we got there, we discovered we couldn’t turn it below 72 and there were no air vents in the upstairs bedroom so we were hot all week. Also the toilet in the upstairs bedroom Was dirty. All the carpet was stained badly and just a lot of wear and tear that needed to be repaired.
