This striking split-level home cleverly spread over multi levels with spacious rooms to entertain, extensive windows for vistas and a huge balcony with pitched roof, and two fantastic relaxing open air space, merely minutes to the Mullum Mullum Trail.
Entertain in the formal lounge and dining, sun-splashed meals, generous kitchen, well equipped with stainless steel appliances and spacious family room. Enjoy the breeze and soak up the relaxing atmosphere from the under-cover balcony with views across the landscaped garden and tree-top views at the rear.
Ideally configured with 4 bedrooms which are situated on the first floor, a master bedroom with walk-in robe and an ensuite is one of these. While the fifth bedroom is located in ground-floor.
Internal stairs lead down to 6th Bedroom and a separate laundry room, plus full sized picture window rumpus room for effortless family entertaining, soaking the space in northerly lit garden views, and attached with a full bathroom amenities.

2. We may ask for a government photo ID like a driver's licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
3. WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
We can NOT accommodate any type of event. No parties, weddings, hens/bucks' weekends or functions etc. Any breach will result in eviction.
4. No unregistered guests allowed. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
5. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please remain quiet between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
6. Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $80 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
7. RUBBISH
Upon departure all rubbish inside must be placed into the outside council bins. If it is bin night during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed out on the kerbside. The bin night for your property is advised in your pre arrival email. You will be charged a minimum of AUD $300 if excess rubbish is left at the property or if the garbage bin is not put out on bin night as requested.
8. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
9. SECURITY
To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property during your stay and upon departure.
10. KEYS: Remember to return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. The following charges apply for the key replacement. Normal keys $60 each, Change of locks up to $1000.
11. Early check-in may possible upon request, $20 per hour fee will be applied.
12. Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
13. Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
