Wonderful Big Bear!!! 🐻

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this cabin in Mineral B! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking, peaceful surroundings, and the cozy, well-appointed interior. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to a relaxing hot tub and fire pit under the stars.The location was perfect: close enough to town for dining and shopping, yet secluded enough for complete relaxation. We especially loved the back porch with the rocking chairs — ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.The hosts were communicative, helpful, and made sure our stay was comfortable. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already planning our next trip back!Thanks Lori and Jim!!

The cabin is wonderful and very guest friendly and we enjoyed everything the area offered. My only disappointment was the housekeeping. There was a shoe under main level back bedroom and a pair of child's underwear under the bed downstairs and the mirrors had not been cleaned in the bathroom. The main level couch needs cleaning underneath very dusty and trashy. The main level bath commode had mold/mildew under the rim. The cleaning service is definitely lacking and made us question how clean the sheets were. We washed them just to be sure.

Sister getaway

My sister and I came up for a short girls trip. The cabin was great. We enjoyed going into blue ridge and a few wineries. The only thing is that we were pretty sure that the cabin had squirrels in the attic because we could hear them running around all day. I informed the property manager which she was always quick to respond and will let the owners know. Over all we had a great time!

Wonderful Stay

Cabin was great. It did have some minor issues such as remote box to outside fire place did not work, Master bedroom sink on the left side was very loose and missing securing hardware underneath the sink, downstairs can get very cold in the winter and I did not realize there was a space heater until almost the end of the trip. Finally the couches did not work well and are actually digging into the floors. Hopefully the owners will see this so they can do some maintenance to reduce major problems in the future. None of these issues disrupted our stay to much, and we still loved the cabin and location. When we did call about the cool downstairs the property manager was quick to respond and actually came out to investigate and that was when we learned of the space heater.

Great fall getaway

We had a great getaway and enjoyed our stay! The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. The gas logs inside and on the back porch were great! Our morning coffee time was perfect on the porch by the fireplace! We loved the fire pit and spent a lot of time there in the evenings bc the weather was perfect! The ingredients for smores being provided was a nice surprise! Firewood being provided was a plus as well. The only negative was the steps going into the front door. The first step was quite a high one! It really needs a step lower than that one. It would also be nice if the bathroom door on the main floor would have been able to be locked. It seemed to need a little adjustment. The host, Jessica was wonderful! We contacted her twice with questions. She was very quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Loved our stay here

Our only complaint is the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also old and need to be replaced. The cabin was beautiful, quiet, clean and well maintained. Looked exactly like the pictures and I would love to stay here again but would have to bring my own mattress topper and pillows.

Clean and beautiful

This is a beautiful and very clean property close to Blue Ridge. The hot tub was relaxing in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Cabin!!

Cabin looks just like the pictures and is very well stocked for nearly everything. Plenty of wood for the fire pit, plenty of cook ware, etc. Inside was very clean.

Secluded getaway

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub and firepit! We would have liked to play cornhole, but there was no flat space outside to set it up. The drive up to the house was a little precarious (for these Floridians). We would have preferred better mattresses and pillows. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with spices, but needed a few smaller mixing bowls (only 1 large bowl). The cabinets above the gas stove were very greasy. I tried cleaning them as best as I could with just the dish soap, but really needed a degreaser. The s'mores fixings were a welcome treat and we enjoyed having them outside by the firepit! We did enjoy the fireplace and hot tub as it was a cool week. Convenient to Blue Ridge, GA and Murphy, NC, and waterfall hiking. Would recommend to friends with the above caveats.

Amazing Retreat

We had an absolutely fantastic getaway. The cabin is beautiful and secluded. It is a bit of a drive into town for things but that is exactly what we were looking for. No neighbors close by. Cabin absolutely beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked for visitors of all ages. Literally couldnt have asked for more. Will be back.

Great cabin, great experience, great hosts

Three guys drove up in a truck from north Florida on an old friends catching up weekend. We found the cabin very clean, well stocked, and exceeding our expectations. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay as we made long day trips to the various local towns to do hiking, wineries, and food and always enjoyed coming “home” to the cabin.
