✹ WALKING: Guests may explore the property but not neighboring lots.

✹ WORK: STARLINK WiFi available for remote work.

✹ PETS: Dogs allowed ($100 fee · max 2 · approval required).

Getting Around:

This is a remote location accessed via unpaved roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but be aware that roads may have ruts, especially after rain.

✔ Pool & Spa: Hot tub free to heat. Pool heating available for an additional fee (48-hour notice required).

• May + Sept: $150/night

• Oct + Apr: $200/night

• Nov + Mar: $350/night

• Dec–Feb: Pool heating unavailable



✔ No Events or Shoots without prior approval + permits.

✔ Security: Exterior cameras facing driveway only.
