Every single unit has been recently remodeled to create a perfect blend of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store a bit of food or enjoy a snack before you go out to enjoy all that the Oregon Coast has to offer.

Sleep comfortably in our units with the following sleeping arrangements:

EAR PLUGS: **Please be aware that you may hear noises from other units at times. We have provided ear plugs for all guests to ensure you have a quiet and relaxing sleep.**

Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, stores and local shopping. It is small, but was very comfortable for two adults and two children. Being right off of the highway, there is some road noise if you like to sleep with the window open, but we had a fan and a noise machine, so it wasn’t an issue.

Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy.

This was sufficient for a one-night stay and we didn't have any issues with the noise that others mentioned. There was a couple of items that need more attention to from the cleaning crew. There were quite a few stains on the carpet and there was the start of pink mold in quite a few places in the bathroom--especially in the shower but also on the sink. While this isn't a safety concern, it pointed to how thoroughly this place was being deep cleaned.

This place is really close to the beach. Easy access to the beach and places in town. Beds were comfortable. The shower is really small. Stains on the carpet. Found trash from previous tenants. There is no where to hang a towel to dry. Overall we would stay here again due to the location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was only one night, but with the proximity to the beach, it made for a beautiful evening and early morning walk along the water only a few minutes away.

Great Spot

Property was very nice, newly remodeled, very clean, good location a block from the beach. If you're planning on spending most of your time on the beach or walking to the shops, this place is even better.

Cute little place

Cute little place right across the highway from the beach. Two bedrooms Easily fit 3 adults and a dog. It was clean, affordable and close to everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Little Place

This little spot was a great jumping off point for walking thru Rockaway, and right on Hwy 101, so we could access everything we needed. A short little walk to the beach. The shower is a bit small, but we had plenty of warm water—and everything was very clean.

Cozy little place to stay in Rockaway Beach. The beach is just across highway 101, maybe a two minute walk to the waves. I did appreciate the ear plugs that are provided as the highway was right out the window. It is a trade off for the location. There were cute shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Rockaway vacation

Small 2 bedroom apartment with little dining area and small living area. It was right size for 3 adults to stay in. Very clean but small refrigerator and freezer. We are out so the kitchen didn’t need to be big. Overall satisfied with the experience.

The pictures looked amazing, but now there are stains all over the carpet, walls have a bunch of scuff marks, shower curtain is covered in pink mold, there was hair on the sheets, not just one type or strand but multiple types on both beds.There was no printed nor digital check in guideline, nor a welcome email, just a text. The handle on the fridge fell off and felt cheap, luckily it just stuck back on. Text messages were responded to extremely fast and they brought new sheets. I would have asked for a refund had it not been so crowded at the beach.Pulled off the sheets prior to check out and found more hairs and stains on the mattress cover.Overall, so disappointing reality from the cute pics online. It could be such a great place if they took a little time and effort to spruce it up.

Upgraded hotel room!

Very cool little place, ton of other people staying there as well, so you might meet someone new while you’re there. It’s essentially a two story motel, converted to short term rental rooms. No stove or oven which made cooking food a real challenge in an already desolate environment. company seemed to respond quickly when asked questions via text.

Nice small inn. Clean and comfortable unit. Amenities work as expected. It is convenient to have microwave and refrigerator. The unit also has plates, glasses and forks. Easy access to beach and get to the center of the town (a few minutes walk). The only minor gripe was the sheets and towels. Some of them have hairs and stains even they were clean ones.

Property was fine, but the couch leg broke right away and was unable to be fixed while we were there. They were aware the couch had a problem before we checked in. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the couch or sitting area.

Perfect spot on a drive down the Pacific Coast!

This property is so charming. It’s a motel that’s been renovated to rentals and it’s just as cute as the photos. You can tell the attention that was paid to the interior details. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We had the end unit and we had views of the mountains and ocean and could hear the waves crashing. It is on 101 and near the train tracks but we didn’t hear a thing. There were ear plugs, but we didn’t need them and enjoyed a good nights sleep. The two beds are large and comfy. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen area was perfect if you are planning a longer stay. We enjoyed dinner at Trios and stopped by the well stocked market before calling it a night. The management team was the most communicative I’ve ever experienced. Everything from check in, to recommendations, to check out is clearly detailed and sent both email and text.
