Fully renovated, open plan, 2 bed-2 bathroom deluxe beach front apartment with breathtaking ocean and coastal views on the 29th floor in the Iconic Peninsula Resort Apartments.

Situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, light rail and of course the beautiful Surfers Paradise beaches.
Please be advised that the Peninsula building is undergoing essential renovations have started from 11 September, with works expected to continue through to early December. This includes upgrades to the lobby, driveway, and basement entry.
During this time, there may be increased noise, restricted access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entry points. Most access will be via the basement lifts, and the driveway and car park entrance will be closed for a short period in November.
