Set at the rear of a small complex of only 6 townhouses, it is very quiet, with a leafy neighbourhood outlook…
Park your car in the remote garage & leave it behind as you can dine out in the multitude of local + Oxford St restaurants, bars & cafes…
The upper level bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, study + living have cathedral-style 6m height ceiling...
While downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with 2x single beds + full size ensuite bathroom, which opens to the courtyard...
The laundry also opens onto the rear private courtyard with outdoor setting.
