Hangout at the brand new Blue Bonnet located in the Maxey Park Neighborhood. Everything about this house will make you want to stay, from our brand new furniture, stainless steel appliances, and comfy King and Queen beds, you will feel right at home. If you're bringing the whole family, Maxey Park is just a short walk away to enjoy the playground and Texas sunsets. The only downside about you choosing this Airbnb is that you will have to eventually leave.. but hey.. we love our return guests!

This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. The first bedroom has one King sized bed. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds. Each room comes with super comfortable new mattresses sheets and pillows. You will love sleeping here. Each room also offers dressers/luggage tables/desk bedside tables and lamps.

Each of the two bathrooms have all the towels, hand towels, and washcloths that you will need for your stay. Both have a tub/shower combo. Shampoo. body wash, a hair dryer, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and hand soap are included in each bathroom

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave, stove, oven, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a drip coffee maker with ground coffee. A dining room area sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out.

The free washer/ dryer units are also located in the laundry room for just down the hall.

The large living room has super comfortable couches to lounge or sleep on and the 65-inch Roku enabled TV will be sure to keep you entertained. Netflix is already setup on the TV for your viewing pleasure. We do not offer cable, but it is super easy to login with your own provider.

This property is not pet friendly so please leave your furry friends at home. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.

Should you need anything during your stay contact us immediately and we will take care of you. We are always available by text or phone call and pride ourselves on our quick responses. All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

The Blue Bonnet is located in the Maxey Park neighborhood which is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, banks, and churches. Located close to everything. Main roads Quaker and 19th Street are nearby as well as the Marsha Sharp Freeway and the loop. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! If you need any restaurant shopping or nightlife recommendations, feel free to contact us!

Property parking is free in the street, driveway, and in the garage. Just be mindful on which direction your parked if in the street.

Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide! Parking is easy to come by in the neighborhood and most areas in Lubbock.

- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
