Celebrity Stay - 3BR/2BA - Eclectic Look and Feel

You're going to fall in love with this stylish lounge. Located in the sought after Tech Terrace Neighborhood, this home is located close to campus and downtown Lubbock. Designed for comfort this home is perfect for traveling professionals or nurses and is meant to be a place for long term stays. A true "home away from home" if you ask me. Celebrity Stay sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and as always extra sleeping space with two couches!


The living room has a stylish couch and love seat to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.

Just between the two living rooms is the kitchen that comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. A stove, fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and other appliances make this kitchen easy and convenient to cook in. The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.

The master features a king sized bed, while the other two bedrooms feature queens and a twin bed in the third bedroom.

Both bathrooms are clean and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms.

The backyard has a concrete porch, covered patio and plenty of grass, guests may bring lawn chairs and such to enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is fenced in as well.

A free in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guest use as well as an iron and ironing board. It is located in the second living area space.

The home is a short stroll from Texas Tech University J and B Coffee, a local grocery store, The Art Bar, Cafe J, Jones ATT Stadium, and The United Spirit Arena.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

The Celebrity Stay is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood. Located within walking distance to local Coffee Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and one block from a bus stop making this convenient to surrounding amenities.

The house is located close to everything. Main roads University and 19th Street are nearby, as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located one block west on 20th and Akron. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

- No Pets
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
