The separate entrance and private backyard offer guests the ultimate in privacy and relaxation.

The suite is brand new and immaculately clean, with a spacious living area that features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV & cable, and plenty of natural light. The bedroom is tastefully decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, making it easy for guests to prepare their own meals.

The private parking space and backyard are both convenient and valuable for guests, offering a safe and secure place to park their car and a peaceful outdoor space to relax and unwind while enjoying a gorgeous lakeview. The large backyard is fully fenced off and private for you during your visit and just steps to the lake.
Guest access
Guests can access the suite by walking down the steps to the backyard and entering through a private door and digital door code.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-No pets allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
