Please note there are stairs to both entrances which can limit accessibility into the property. The property is unfenced and in close proximity to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note paths and access-ways may be slippery in wet weather.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.Please note there is a security camera at the front of the property on the garage looking out over the entrance to the property. It is recording 24/7 but not monitored while guests are staying.
