The Space:
This sunny home is just the spot for gatherings! The various levels of the Fairhaven offer plenty of privacy even when accommodating 8 guests. The Mineral Belt Trail is right out your front door for great Nordic skiing and bike riding, as well as a park and the public library. Downtown is only a short walk away with restaurants, museums, and shops. Downstairs you will find one queen bedroom with a pass through bedroom that has a single bed. On the middle level you will find one queen bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. Fun features about the house include a game room, open and sociable floor plan, and deck with breathtaking views of Mt Elbert, Mt Massive, and more. On warm days enjoy the fenced back yard, and then cozy up in the living room on cold Leadville nights and WiFi.  A beautifully remodeled kitchen, and lots of seating for the whole gang. This is indeed a fair haven to use as your home base in Leadville!

There’s no end to the outdoor activities you can enjoy here, from mild scenic hikes to ultra-athletic pursuits, and we’re not limited by season. Head out on a fall colors bike ride, ski or snowshoe, go fly fishing, or climb the fourteeners! And as for the great indoors, we have plenty of restaurants, shops and historical attractions.

Getting Around:
Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is in the heart of downtown. Free on-street parking is included.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
