Perfect Location & Size for Our Group

The place was as advertised and well-appointed. I was spending a few days with my daughter and family friends hiking in the area. The short walk to town and restaurants was ideal at the end of our active days. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

Leadville Race Retreat

Property was as advertised, and the previous reviews were spot on. The place is well located if you are here for any of the endurance events. The kitchen/bathrooms are well stocked and the entire place is very comfortable!

Leadville Ski Trip

The house was in a great location. Walking distance to town and 1/2 hour or so to great backcountry skiing and Ski Cooper. It was spacious even for 5 of us. It was clean, and well stocked.

Great Stay!

The house was very cozy, had plenty of space to spread out, and has multiple restrooms for privacy. We came up for a quick weekend ski trip and enjoyed the space to hang out and relax. Wifi was fast and reliable. The host even worked with us to allow a few extra guests (who brought their own air mattress) that joined our trip last minute. Host was also great at communicating the rules of the house as well as fun activities to do during our visit. I would recommend to anyone with a group size of 6 people or less that like their own space/privacy.

Great home with great location

Great 3/3 located 4 blocks from downtown. Check in process was perfect. I had one question for Cristina and it was answered immediately. Plenty of towels/ blankets and whatever you do, don't go to Safeway for condiments/spices until you check out what's already in stock. We took our own soap and shampoo but if you forgot it, it's there. Easy front street parking. We did not make a fire but had we wanted to, everything was there. Plenty of space for everybody. Highly recommend and will definately try to book next time we are in Leadville!!!

Amazing!!

The location is perfect. It was easy to walk to the start of the Leadville 100. The home is very cozy and comfortable. We were able to hook our laptops up via HDMI to the TVs and easily use Netflix and Youtube TV for our watching needs. But by far, the best feature is the kitchen. I would say it is the best kitchen we have ever had in a rental. We fear not having the right things for cooking before our endurance events. Upon arrival, we all smiled with amazing satisfaction. Rice maker, crock pot and waffle iron all in stock along with good pans and knives. The spice cabinet is stocked so we did not have to buy the basics. It was so much fun to cook together in this kitchen. Truly the best feature of the home. The host was super communicative. We did not need anything during our stay but I know she would have been there if we did. Highly recommend and will be booking again for the next race in Leadville.

Property was as listed. Cristina responded quickly when asked anything. A washer/dryer would be nice in the property when you're staying a week. Very comfortable home. Loved the chaise lounge for napping.

Nice place for a family stay

Perfect place for a family of 5 to relax after skiing. Ski Cooper is 15-20 min drive. Easy walk to town for dinner. Great communication with the owner.

My wife and I chose to buy a house in Leadville because its views are amazing, the outdoor activities are endless, and it's not a resort town, yet it's close to the resorts and only 90 minutes from downtown Denver. The winters are magical, the springs are surprisingly warm and mild, the summers are a perfect getaway from the heat, and the fall is full of those autumn hues.
