The condo itself was decent. The parking was absolutely TERRIBLE. I would not stay at this location again, simply because of the parking situation. We ended up getting a ticket and a warning due to there being no parking at the condo and had to park in a public spot beside the building. Bring a sound machine, because the condo building beside Carolina Shores has a pool right below the master bedroom and you can hear everything. No ceiling fan in the master bedroom, no washer and dryer in the condo, there is a public washer and dryer for the condo building but inconvenient. No golf carts allowed which was inconvenient for us especially since we were back and forth to a friends house all week. The contact for Evolve was very helpful and efficient with his responses.

It's an aging building. Location was good. There were no instructions about parking until we got into the condo. The unit was not well cleaned. The floors were very sandy and didn't even seem like they were mopped. Even the bed sheets felt sandy. Ice maker did not work.

1 bedroom condo was exactly what we expected. Love the Garden City/Murrells Inlet area with many different restaurants. It was a great get away for us.

Garden City Beach rental

Beautiful condo on a great stretch of beach. Quick ride to Murrell’s Inlet. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Thanks so much!!! Will be back.

MB getaway April 25

Location was excellent. Beach was beautiful. Balcony was wonderful. Space was adequate. Kitchen well stocked. But cleanliness of the condo left something to be desired. Floors very dirty and dust and hair in corners and on baseboards. Bathroom had a distinctly foul odor. I cleaned the bottom of the toilet and the floor around it because it was too dirty for me Directions to use the television and laundry room were very unclear And required multiple texts to get instructions. Elevator was a bit scary—lots of noises. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relatively comfortable but I would not return unless I could be assured that the accommodations were cleaner.

Nice area

The price was good, the view was great. The unit is showing signs of wear but overall in nice shape. My only real complaint would be the parking. The first half of our stay they were painting outside so we were directed to park across the street in the neighboring hotels lot, which worked out great. The second half of our stay the parking area was available. The problem is if you stay out past 8pm all spots were full. I continued to park across the street each night and luckily was never towed. This place really needs assigned parking.

Relaxing getaway visiting family and friends

Just what we needed. Being able to relax with the view and peaceful sound of the ocean was perfect. We love to be in the Murrells Inlet area. At the beach and close to those we come to visit . Your condo was perfect for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Anything you need in a home away from home was here.

Murrells Inlet condo

Very nice and clean one bedroom condo. Gorgeous oceanfront location. Nice pool on site. Perfect beach stay. Parking is very limited though. One night there weren’t any parking spaces left and we had to park overnight at the adjacent public beach lot. We got a $25 ticket! Not good!

Will stay again

Parked and walked to everything we needed. Views were amazing! Pool was quiet with beach view. Two piers to walk too with bars, restaurants, convenience and beach stores. Enjoyed the coffee shop, playing bingo and while eating shrimp tacos, love music, and tons of beach fun! The causeway in the morning and the evening was a lovely walk. Parking is a challenge with a large vehicle.

Quick getaway

This condo is perfect! Had everything we needed. View is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Condo is furnished beautifully. I would definitely stay here again. Love love loved it!!!
