Robert is a fantastic host. We encountered an issue with a Hurricane that was off the coast of the Carolinas. Robert worked great with us and was extremely accommodating. From the initial reservation and all through the entire process Robert communicated excellently with us.

Condo exactly as described. Great view, steps away from beach, pool and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Neil and Pam's would be our favorite place to eat. Robert was great to work with and very responsive to any questions. Will for sure be back again.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! It’s a very quiet and family friendly condo. Great view of the beach from the patio. The pool area is very quiet and always had space available. The condo itself is updated and very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Parking is great, there is always spaces available. Short walk to the pier and restaurants. We had a change of plans and the hosts were very accommodating to help us with our stay. We plan on staying here again in the near future!

Great getaway

Perfect spot!

Perfect spot right on the beach. Very easy walk to surfside pier. Having a pool for taking a break from the beach was key. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Had everything we needed. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Definitely recommend this place

Home away from home.

Absolutely perfect for a few friends to recharge. Beautifully decorated, quiet, impeccably clean, excellent location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Makes me sad to have to leave every year. Property manager is beyond awesome to work with.

Clean and Comfy!

We had a great experience with the owners and the condo. You can’t beat the location! The property is well maintained and the pool is gorgeous and large. The condo itself was incredibly clean and so comfortable. Best couches of any vacation rental I have stayed in! The washer and dryer worked great. Our favorite spot was the balcony/deck: We spent many hours sitting out there. The owner was so great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

We are originally from a small town in northwest Ohio. My wife and I have traveled around the world and have decorated the condo with pictures and souvenirs we have picked up along the way.

We also have two daughters. Both of our daughters are actually pictured on the 'photos' section of this listing. Our youngest daughter is also pictured in the photo along with me.

We bought this condo as a vacation spot after falling in love with the area on a vacation in 2007. Our condo is our "home away from home". As we cannot (unfortunately) stay there all of the time, we rent it out for quite a few weeks every year.

We love coming here as Surfside Beach is truly the 'family beach' and is away from the hustle and bustle of the high rise hotels on the Myrtle Beach strip.

We strive to offer great customer service..all keys and documents are sent via Fed Ex directly to you so that you never have to wait in line on check-in day!

We do whatever it takes to make sure that your vacation is stress-free and relaxing as we are simply a phone call or text message away!

My family bought this property because we fell in love with the beach, the ocean, and the beautiful sunny weather in South Carolina.

We strive to make sure that our condo has all of the amenities that you will need to enjoy your stay including wi-fi, updated furniture, new decorations, etc.

We also send your keys in advance via FedEx, so that when you arrive in town you will not need to stand in any long lines! Our phone is always on so that in the unlikely event that any problems arise, you may contact us directly!

This property is perfect for a variety of renters ranging from families with children (ranging from big to small), couples, several couples, or retirees.

All of the amenities needed for the week (or more) are found in the condo. Oftentimes our renters will stop at the local grocery store and buy groceries for breakfast or a lunch alongside the pool or ocean. Dinner could be at one of the literally dozens of places within driving (or even walking) distance!

The property perfect in that it has a large pool and the Grand Strand Beach, which is only several dozen footsteps away! The two bedrooms (both with new beds) and two bathrooms along with the balcony provide privacy and space. We constantly upgrade the condo so nothing is dated and so that we can provide the highest quality rental experience.

As we are responsible for only one property, you have our undivided attention. Our phone is on 24/7 to deal with anything that may arise. As we rent our condo ourselves and there is no 'middleman,' you will find our prices to be consistently lower than many of the large rental companies that are responsible for renting hundreds of properties.
