This rustic lakefront cabin is set against the natural rock formations of Boulder Bay and just steps away from Big Bear Lake. Located across the street from the lake and Boulder Bay Park. This lovely and spacious cabin is waiting to provide you with an exceptional stay. You'll love this two-story home's all-wood interior and numerous amenities.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1642+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, and deck. Upstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed. Office has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room in basement with pool table. Foosball table and board games and card games. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Deck with patio furniture, gas grill and stunning lake views.

PARKING - 3 car driveway. Steep driveway - not suitable for low profile vehicles and will require chains in the winter.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful view of Big Bear Lake!!!!

We had an incredible time at this property! The hosts were very responsive and at the time of our stay, it was pet friendly. It’s right across from Boulder Bay so we were able to walk to the lake. The house has a pool table and board games for our school aged children to play. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the beautiful view!! We were also just a short drive into town!

The electricity especially in the kitchen area was not good. Too several times to get to stay on or had to wait for it to flicker on. Not all outlets worked. Also not all lights worked in the basement. It is a nice spacious house with nice patio access.

Not worth the money!!

Although quite spacious and a real beaut. 1st day garbage disposal did not work. Maintenance came in morning that's good. Electric tripped in kitchen so didn't have proper lighting last 2 days. Back room where fridge was at flooded. Don't like being across from the lake it's a lot of traffic. They have the world smallest tv in the living room and that's the only one in the house.

Very happy customer!

It was a very nice and clean cabin. Everything was in working order. It's a perfect cabin for my fisherman husband where he could simply cross the street and fish from the pier all day long in Boulder Bay, and I could lounge on the deck, read, and enjoy the beautiful view. I plan to rent again in the future!

No A/C or ceiling fans, house was extremely hot. Not all windows could be open, miniblinds broken. Upon entering property overcome with sewer smell, horrible. Did not help house was locked up and hot. Floors not swept, found a broom that handle was broken into a u shape, old. We saw a mouse inside house. Coffee mug and silverware dirty, yuck! Bed linen cheap, thin, smelly, nevertheless matress. Driveway kept getting block by park visitors to park. We kept getting blocked in. Perhaps place do not block driveway with signs or orange cones. Shower heads needs replacing. Lighting in all rooms need to be brighter.
