This is the best short term rental home. Our host, Sue, was gracious and accommodating. Everything anyone could want or need to enjoy a home away from home in the mountains.

Annual Fernie Bike Trip

Amazing home and location for a very relaxing vacation! Have been staying in Fernie for years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. Already looking forward to doing it again next year!!

Fantastic spot in Fernie

Sue’s place was a perfect home base for a few days on the mountain. The house had everything we needed and the location is beautiful. We hope to return again someday!

We had a wonderful time at Sue’s house. Everything was well thought out, with a fully stocked kitchen, fantastic hot tub, great room layout (especially the entrance rooms for drying ski equipment) and calm location. Sue was always very responsive to any of our requests, and we won’t hesitate to come back for future Fernie adventures! Thank you again, Sue!!

Grandchildren’s winter ski vacation.

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful scenery. Gorgeous home with all the amenities and more. Grandchildren especially enjoyed the front tv room where they created their private games room and hangout space. Snow shoes were great fun and the hot tub was very relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Great Getaway

The property is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from all the activities we wanted to do. It was a great place tucked back in the woods to feel like we had our privacy. The manager was very kind and communicative which was very helpful for last minute things we needed or had question about. The house itself was super clean and was very fun. I still can’t get over the views there. Definitely will be going back there next trip

Joseph and his friends were a lovely group to host. Super neat and clean, very communicative, followed all the house rules and accommodated some unforeseen challenges that came up with the irrigation system that affected their stay. I would be very happy to host them again. :)

There is not enough room here to accurately convey how amazing Sue's place is. Absolutely stunning views and a massive, inviting yard. Bocci balls, badminton, frisbees, outdoor ping pong, bikes... endless downtime activities provided. Lovely fire pit and fire table. Every kitchen appliance you could hope for, including a milk frother for top-notch morning lattes. Comfy beds and plenty of seating inside and out. The perfect base for Fernie adventures! Fantastic coffee, granola and artisan bread and jam were the icing on the cake. VRBO needs a sixth star for this one, we'll be back!!

Beautiful property with lots of space to play and relax in the shade or sun. July stay with perfect temperature and gorgeous views. Host was excellent, helpful to answer questions and very quick to respond.
