Water views from the front entrance, balcony, and both bedrooms! This recently renovated condo sits on the Lagoon but has views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy looking at the pool and lagoon from your private balcony, accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom.

In the living room, you can watch TV and enjoy the comfy coziness of the electric fireplace. Guests can choose the king sized bed in the master bedroom or the queen bed in the guest - both have TVs.

The renovated bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and a lovely granite countertop.

This property has stunning landscaping, emphasizing the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and view of the Lagoon. Enjoy fishing or boating? You have access to two piers and a boat launch.

Head to the beach, using the dedicated beach access, just across the two lane beach road.

Great place!

The property was as described and had a resort feel. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable furniture. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful & Quiet Beach Trip

Property is well kept, clean and peaceful. We immediately felt at home when we entered 309A. Beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower was a plus. You can relax on the balcony or in the living room area. We will definitely be back!

I really was only there to sleep, but I slept great. Clean, friendly, and quiet after 10 PM

Super recommend!!

Cannot say enough about Surf and Racquet Club!!! Beach is literally right there, super short walk. Beautiful pier to watch the sunset. Lagoon views. Resort like pool. Bender was great, responsive and easy to work with!

Cute and cozy unit

We really enjoyed staying in 309A. You can tell it’s been updated and is nicely decorated. The furniture and mattress were all very comfortable. Easy access in and out. Beautiful pool views. It’s very clean and highly recommend it. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We were there for a softball tournament and we didn’t get to enjoy all the wonderful amenities that the property had to offer, especially the fishing pier. However, we were there for 4 July, and to our unexpected surprise the entire condo was an absolute vibe all morning and afternoon by the pool. The collaboration of the owners and the care of their community is like family. You can absolutely tell the property is something everyone there cares very deeply for and is very proud of.

Quick Getaway

Oh my gosh! Our condo was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. We had a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit that was spacious enough for four people. The balcony offered an incredible view of the pool and the lagoon. The location was just across the street from the beach and only minutes away from local restaurants and bars. We will be back!!

Trash chute was super convenient and bike racks were such a blessing. Shopping carts available for moving luggage- genius actually. Great setup on the bay for cleaning fish + nice docs and a boat launch. Highly recommend!

The resort has easy access to the beach, and the sunsets over Little Lagoon were wonderful. The unit location is close to the elevator, so check-in/check-out was very easy. And the pool area was lovely; nicely landscaped and can’t beat the great fishing pier. We enjoyed sitting on the pier almost as much as sitting on the beach!

Late check-in

Online the check in time is 11:00am but when we arrived it was being cleaned and then had to be inspected so we did not check in till 3:30…also some of the outlets didn’t work or the plug wouldn’t stay in

Check in codes begin as early as 11 to accommodate guests whose condos are ready early. On busy check in days, it can be later. We were glad to get you in before 4 pm so that you could begin enjoying your stay. The views of the Lagoon can only be matched by the lovely Gulf which is just across the street.

Nice getaway

The condo was nice. I love the location. We had a few issues that was a inconvenience such as the microwave stopped working and we was without one a few days after being told they would bring is one up. We had to call two times about this. We used the washer and dryer to wash wet bathinging suits and beach towels and such and the dryer did not dry the clothes good. We kept having to turn it on multi times.

We hope that you enjoyed your stay in this lovely condo in such a beautiful setting. We regret the issues that you experienced during your stay and our tardiness in bringing that microwave to you. It has since been replaced with a new microwave. As the washer/dryer set is a stack unit, it will only accommodate small loads at a time. We hope that you will contact us when you are ready to return to this same terrific condo on the Lagoon!

Our tolet was stopped up one day and we called and within a hour they had sent someone over to fix! Beds were very comfortable !
