McGrath Estate Agents welcomes you to 'Coastal, Pet -friendly Luxe'

From the moment you walk upstairs, the relaxing and calm vibes will wash over you giving you that instant holiday feel.

This newly built spacious home offers natural light throughout, modern and comfortable furnishings, offering cooling in summer with ducted air and heating in winter with a cozy slow combustion wood fire heater.
Catering for the whole and extended family, including the beloved pooch.

Please note, there is a permanent tenant who lives in the studio underneath.

Walk from the kitchen out to the front balcony where you can enjoy the northerly afternoon sun, relaxing on the outdoor lounges.

With a fully secure fenced back yard to cater for children and pooches. You will also find the luxury outdoor hot shower to rinse off the salty feet after a beach walk.


This quiet residential street is only a few blocks from the beautiful Narrawallee Beach. Locally there is plenty to entertain everyone, from surfing and swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and boating, to less rigorous activities such as walks and enjoying the local cafes. Enjoy Narrawallee's popular coffee van with a children's park at the nearby inlet. Mollymook provides some excellent eateries, such as the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters, Bannister Pavilion and the popular Gwylo.
Further afield is yet more on offer. Head 5 minutes north to Milton town where you can enjoy moseying around the art galleries and antique shops or drive south to Ulladulla with all the amenities a town offers, such as supermarkets and boutiques. With golf, wineries and a spa all within a short drive, you really can have a holiday to remember!

Winter Getaway

We spent a week at this lovely suburban haven! Enjoyed a cracking fire, spacious and modern home. Brilliant kitchen with plenty of equipment and open plan. It had everything we needed and I was able to WFH during the week. We bought our two fur-babies who loved the secure backyard and local dog beach. The driveway is very steep. The are two points of feedback to note: the double garage is locked and there was no access. This would have been helpful to unpack on flat land and make it easier to get in/out of the car. There is a Tennant who rents the flat under / around the back. So quiet and you wouldn't even notice 'she' is there. However, I would have liked to haven been informed before renting the house upfront. I was caught off guard when taking items into the house when she walked by and said 'hello - I'm renting and live around the back'. She reassured me, 'don't worry, you won't see me'. It must of been my worried face as I was unaware anyone else was here. She kept to her word and we didn't notice her at all. Overall I recommend renting this house as it's fantastic. It's clean, modern design, vibrant artwork, large rooms, good size bathrooms, well stocked with all that you need and stylishly furnished. Beds are comfortable and linen is provided. Great fire place, air conditioner and fans. Good position and close to both Milton and Mollymook. Great location in a quiet street. Perfect for families or couples.
