The Space:

The heart of Brewster is ready for your next vacation. With stunning beaches, tasty treats at seemingly every corner, and peace and quiet for your relaxation, come stay at the Reflections Retreat!

Stroll up the brick path at the front of the home, and enter into the home's dine-in kitchen, where meal creation is easy before eating at the spacious dining table. Further into the home, a living room with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams is a great place to chat with family and friends. Adjacent to the living room, a study can be found, with additional seating perfect for an afternoon with a good book.

On the other side of the living room, a sun porch surrounded by patio doors is a great space to feel the summer breeze while staying out of the summer sun.

Head down the hallway at the left of the home, where you can find the sleeping quarters. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 8, including a primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, a great kids room with a twin over full bunk bed and additional twin beds, and another king bedroom.

Outside, the yard surrounding the home brings privacy and space for your four-legged friend to run around, while the wrap around deck off of the sunroom is a great space for outdoor entertainment.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer and an outdoor shower. Enjoy treats at the Brewster General Store, or enjoy the beautiful kettle ponds of Brewster, all just minutes from your new favorite vacation hub. The summer sun is shining and the salt water is calling, at the Reflections Retreat!

We all enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The big comfortable sectional in the living room fit everyone with room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed when making meals. The bedrooms were all spacious, with very comfortable mattresses. The check in/out processes were seamless and easy. The house is located within a short distance to many wonderful beaches and shopping. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you!

This house was fantastic. Comfortable beds and bathrooms and a great layout for hanging out as a group and also smaller, separate spaces when we wanted to do different activities. There were kitchen items for cooking as well. The street is quiet and the location is good. No cons! I would definitely stay at this house again!

This house and property were perfect for our stay. Centrally located in Brewster, ten minutes from everything we wanted to do - restaurants, beaches, bike rentals and the rail trail, and shopping. The house was great, clean and roomy. We loved the sun room and spent most of time in it. We will likely stay here again!

Perfect Spot

We loved the house and all it had to offer. The location was great as well, centrally located and easy to get to all areas we needed to that weekend. The yard is nice and big and great for the kids to play.

Lovely home. Nicely decorated

On the whole the house was very pleasant. Unfortunately the light in the master bedroom closet didn't work and the lamp shade was either broken or didn't fit. The cold water faucet in the master bath and in the kitchen were both very loose. Ice maker in freezer didn't work. The step going into the kitchen from outside was much too high. There needs to be either a second step or a railing. It would have been helpful if we had the combination to the garage. Aside from our few suggestions for improvements, the out-side shower was great. The size of the rooms were great and we really enjoyed the sun room except one of the doors was missing a screen. It was a lovely experience, centrally located to everything. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

It was ok, but… Eh…

In general, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property left a bit something to be desired - especially for the price point for this rental. Some of that is expected from an older home like this, however, more can/should be done for this price. For example, only 3 of 6 sliding porch doors had screens; there was a yellowish growth in the master bath; there were stains on several of the carpets; and the outside of the house had seen little maintenance or cleaning in sometime - the outside of several windows had spider webs full of dead insects. The broker, Del Mar, was largely unresponsive to a small water pipe leak in the basement (save for an short email exchange that resulted in no action, and no status updates). We schlepped buckets of water out of the basement each day. We were disappointed given the price we paid for the home and the lack of responsiveness from Del Mar.

Hi Michael, Thank you so much for staying with us, I enjoyed hosting you all this past August! I hope you and your group got to enjoy some great time together over the summer on Cape Cod. The outdoor sitting area is one of my favorite parts of this home and I hope you got the chance to enjoy it! I regret to learn that your stay with us fell short of your expectations. Your concerns regarding the condition of the master bath, carpets, and exterior of the home have been reported to my team to ensure that this home is in top condition for future guests. I also apologize if you felt our responsiveness was lacking during your stay, and I deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the leak. I want to assure you that the leak has been promptly repaired since your stay. I hope in the future you will give us another opportunity to host you so I can provide you the 5-star stay I strive to provide all of our guests.
