The place was great, clean and tidy.Everything that we needed was there and an easy walk to the shops etc. Will definitely come back to the place next time.
It was ok
not value for money as outside needs some love -
fallen stag - dead pot plants just an overall feeling of neglect - inside was better but yeh nothing special

Great house, shame about the garden
The inside of the property was clean, neat & tidy with everything one could need. However, the outside was dirty, dusty with leaf debris everywhere. There was no firewood left on the property.

No towels or bedsheets!
Read the fine print and check the pictures! The beds have doonas with covers but after that no sheets and no towels provided. Further down in the property description it says no linen... For the price of the property this is simply misaligned.
Great Ocean Retreats helped us out (thanks team!) but clearly they are aware of the customer understanding gap with the pre trip message highlighting this lack of property feature.
Inside was clean however outside was very poor. It is a bush setting so not expecting clean (love a relaxed atmosphere), but tables and chairs were simply filthy with no effort made to prepare for a customers stay. Again simply misaligned to the price of the property.
