" Emerald Coast Cottage” is a stunning 3 story single family home. Features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that sleep 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. Breathtaking views along the Sound shoreline and only a few blocks to the Gulf of Mexico. First floor has a Queen bed sleeps 2, on the second floor features 3 more bedrooms, King Master Suite with adjoining full private bath, Queen Guest Bedroom, adorable bunk room with set of Full over Full bunk beds, sleeps-4 perfect for the little ones, Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. You will love this upscale home with, tile and beautiful white washed wood floors, carpet in bedrooms, granite counter tops and a well appointed kitchen with stainless appliances. Living room has large flat screen tv, wireless internet. The large private balconies have plenty of lounging while you inhale the breathtaking evening sunsets or morning sunrises. Covered carport parking. There is a kayak, Paddle board and 2-adult bikes provided for your use, just requires a refundable deposit. Golf Cart rental available.

Come and relax around the Community pool and hot tub and bask in the warm summer sun with your toes in the sand.
(Only hot tub is heated)

"Emerald Coast Cottage” is a perfect choice whether you are planning a family vacation, romantic weekend, a golfing get-away, or to view the famous Blue Angels air show.
Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fulfill your days and nights. This beach home is centrally located with the beach only a few blocks away, a short walk to the private beach on the Sound side or a few mile drive to the fishing pier. If you are looking for a day of adventure, Juana’s offers body boarding, personal watercraft, kayak and bike and boat rentals. Golf Cart rental available.

Navarre is a short drive, only 2 miles away, and offers shopping and dining. Or stay along the scenic drive of Gulf Blvd and take in the beauty of Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach.

On the first floor you’ll find a well appointed gym with a Peloton bike, weights, kettlebells, and a flat screen TV.

Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 refundable deposit. 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts available for rent.

Family time at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay. There was room for all of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was so nice having a large washer and dryer. We were very excited and surprised to find the great workout room.. All the extra things for the beach and the bicycles are a big plus as well. I don’t really have any complaints. The one suggestion I would have would be a new mattress for the bottom bunk beds.

Beautiful quiet house

The best vacation, even with it being Memorial week, the neighborhood was so quiet! The pool was amazing and never packed. Golf cart was amazing and so fun for the kids! Plenty of space in this house! Plenty of parking front and back!Such great memories at the private beach!

Family vacation

Property was nice and well maintained. Very close to the bay and short distance to the pool. Ocean side beach was too far to walk. Definitely would rent a golf cart to transport to and from the beach. Overall we had a good stay and would rent again.

Family time

This was our last trip with 4 grandbabies as my oldest daughter is having my 5th grandchild in a few months! We celebrated 2 birthdays while there and just enjoyed being all together in 1 home for the week in a place we all love! Thank you!!!

The porch was perfect for evening drinks. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners were delightful to deal with!

Great place for small family get together

We had a wonderful visit with family and the house was perfect! Great size and easy to get to food and store if needed. Beach wasn’t too far overall we had a great time … def accommodated all our needs and more.

Great Spot!

The house was perfect for a large family. The porch was beautiful and a nice touch. A very short and easy walk to the private beach. The beach isn't anything huge, but it was quiet and the waves weren't nearly as big as at the public beach, which was nice for a family with small children.

Awesome Property!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, we needed a few more days because we just didn’t want to leave, lol. This house is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The access to the pool and beach was great!! We all Enjoyed!!!

Great Family Getaway

This was our first time visiting Navarre Beach and this property was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the location in the quiet community, the direct access to the Sound Beach and close proximity to the Gulf side Public Beach. Our family really enjoyed the kayak, paddle board and bikes. The house was clean and well stocked with all the necessities as well as beach accessories. We look forward to going back!
