Mermaid Beach Retreat is the ultimate holiday home. Walk out from the airconditioned lounge room onto the timber deck with relaxing Sun loungers and ease into the Solar HEATED sparkling in ground pool. Then retreat to the shade of the huge outdoor patio with lounge and BBQ while you watch the kids play on the kids Play Forte with slide and swings or jump on the trampoline. Renovated inside and out and now ready for your perfect family holiday.

Centrally located for access to everything the Coast has to offer....

Located 1.5km to the Gold Coast's beautiful beach, 1km to Nobby's Beach cafes and restaurants, walking distance to local shops with supermarket, botlle shop, restaurants, take away and chemist. Also walking distance to one of Gold Coast biggest Leagues Club. 50mtrs to local park on a lake.

5-10min. drive to Burleigh Beach, Broadbeach, Pacific Fair Shopping centre(Gold Coasts biggest), Jupiters Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre.

15-25min. drive to Surfer Paradise, Gold Coast Airport and all the Gold Coast's fabulous Theme parks.

From this Location you will have access to everything the wonderful Gold Coast has to offer.

Four large bedrooms with tv's to 3 bed rooms. One bedroom dedicated as the kids retreat with tv and DVD player.

Airconditioning to Lounge and Master bedroom.

The kitchen has everything needed for preparing a quick snack to the gourmet meal. The open plan living room includes television with, dvd player.

The house also include a bathroom, ensuite and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Outside includes an Solar Heated Pool, Kids Play Forte, Trampoline, and toys to give the whole family that relaxed resort feel.

Mermaid Beach retreat has been designed to create an unforgettable holiday experience, so book in advance you won't be disappointed.

Nice spot for a family or group of friends with a solid outdoor area out the back and a pool at the front. Four separate bedrooms with plenty of space

Fantastic stay in Mermaid waters

We had an awesome time at our stay. Big house, well setup and a huge pool to keep the kids happy. Julie our host was very responsive. Would love to come back if we had the chance.

Amazing family holiday home

We had so much fun in this house! It is a home away from home! It is clean, well kept, very good backyard plus play area, close to shops and the pool definitely heated! It is complete with everything we need. We loved it!

Great Family Getaway House

My family totally enjoyed there stay at Mermaid Waters Getaway house especially the pool and the park and it was great to able to keep in touch with the owners if we needed anything. As we asked for more towels and tea towels and they arrived the following day so thankyou. Totally recommended this house

Mermaid Waters

Overall we had an amazing time. Property facilities could be a bit better. Wifi average, we were told there was a coffee pod machine (we are coffee drinkers) but there wasn’t, and more linen for six guests would have been ideal. But overall we loved our stay and would def go back. Great comms with the property manager.

Lovely Family Holiday Place

We stayed here with extended family and it was great. The process was easy and any issues were dealt with quickly. The pool was great and we used all the outdoor areas. Would recommend

Beach get away

Great property. Great location. All services and amenities catered for. All the mods and cons. An air conditioning unit would be helpful in the other three bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the main lounge and dining room.

Week getaway

It was such an easy process to check in & out, and the house was amazing, in such a good location. my friends and i loved the pool & outdoor eating area. it was such a good week at this property and we would love to return!!

Thank You Julie & Claire 🥰 We had a wonderful time especially our Babies as the pool and playground kept them entertained. The rooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The park was within walking distance and we enjoyed the view. We look forward to our next visit.
