Nice home

Nice home, we were not sent our check in information and had a hard time getting ahold of reunion to get checked in and the bedspread was either dirty or stained but other than that great house.

Nice layout and location

Plenty of space for large parties and nice amenities (pool table, foosball, darts, so many TV's). The garbage disposal didn't work, multiple light bulbs were burned out, they provided one bar of soap in each bathroom, couches were made from cheap leather (I guess in case people were wet?), and beds were FIRM. We enjoyed our stay but likely would not stay there again due to feeling like the unit only did the bar minimum for the guests.

Disney Vacation

We loved the house and all of the space -- especially the game room! We hadn't planned on it being so cool and would have planned less Disney/Universal time just to chill out and enjoy gaming there! Really nice! It was wonderful! **When I redo our kitchen, I will be adding an island just like the one you had! Super huge and super nice. I have 5 kids so it was a bonus! Thanks for a comfy stay. Hopefully it will be available when we vacation at Disney again.

Very clean. Basic things we expected to have were missing. Cloth to clean the counter, tablecloth, toilet paper, kiitchen garbage bags. We were also annoyed by the alarm system which couldnot be muted but overall the house was fine

Disappointing

Had problems with sugar ants, a spider,and a couple of unknown bugs. Also, the doors to the master bedroom bathroom would lock, but someone from the outside of the bathroom could still push open the door (which happen to me). I reported this to the front desk and someone from pest control came out the same day. Unfortunately, my family are terrified of bugs (especially my Granddaughter). On the other hand, the home had beautiful furniture, and the game room was nice. Also, would be nice to let future renters know that they will not have access to the garage.

Great!

We had a great stay!! However amenities were very limited. There was no extra toilet paper, tissues,! No shampoo and conditioner! Especially no coffee was provided at all!!
