Ideal for TWO Families - strictly a family home and not a party house.

But it does have games galore to keep everyone having fun - 9 foot pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and foosball.

Situated in the heart of Anglesea, this home can comfortably accommodate two families. A short walk to the river and main shopping precinct, and a short walk to the beautiful Anglesea main beach. Upon entering you will find yourself in the rumpus room that has a pool table, a wraparound couch, television, and a slow combustion wood fire heater.
Off the rumpus room you will find the bunk room that has four sets of bunks and plenty of space for the kids to hang out and have fun, and if the pool table wasn't enough, there's an air hockey table and a foosball table to keep everyone occupied. There is also a trampoline in the backyard to wear the kids out (there is no safety netting.)

We are conscious of not disturbing our neighbours, please help us with this by keeping the music and other noise to a reasonable level during the evening and night.

Note: We can arrange for our cleaner to provide linen, bath towels and make all of the beds for an additional $300. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like us to arrange this. If you prefer to bring their own towels & linen that is OK (doona + pillow overs and under sheets). Guests who fail to bring their own linen will be charged dry cleaning fees.

There are four separate living areas split across two levels offering a space for everyone. Upstairs there is a combined kitchen/meals area with a large dining table and sliding doors that open on to the sun filled outdoor entertaining space, the perfect place to enjoy a cuppa in the morning or fire up the barbeque with family and friends in the evening. Overall, the property has five bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to 16. Pets will be considered upon application, but please note, this property is not fenced. As an added bonus, the property has WiFi. There is so much to mention about this property that makes it a great place to spend your holidays, why not come and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
