This grand, 4-story home with Gulf views across from the beach access and Dune Pool has a humble name. Jack’s Shack is new to the vacation rental pool at Cinnamon Shore North, and it’s a true gem!
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax in the third-floor open living area with large smart TV and cozy fireplace. A spacious sectional sofa seats a crowd, while games entertain. The kitchen, with a large, Subzero fridge to keep all your groceries cool, also has a six-burner gas range with extra griddle space. Sit at the convenient bar or at the beautiful dining table for a memorable meal. A half bath on the 4th level serves the open-concept kitchen/dining/den area. A downstairs den provides another gathering space, while porches and balconies extend living areas too.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor den with fireplace and smart TV offers bonus sleep space with a spacious loft that’s fun to access via a ladder! Climb up to get to the large bunk area that sleeps 4 and offers another smart TV. A private bathroom adjoins the space along with individual storage cubbies for beach gear. A queen-size Murphy bed in the entry makes room for two more guests! On the second floor, two king suites offer private bathrooms and serene retreats. The fourth floor holds the exclusive private king suite with a wet bar and beverage fridge. Two twin beds allows kiddos to stay close, and a private balcony offers peeks of the Gulf. A large double vanity bathroom with a claw foot soaker tub and separate large shower help you recharge.
GREAT FEATURES: An elevator makes it easy to reach all four floors, while a spacious laundry room helps you prep for another day in the sun!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
