Location! Location! Location!

wine, cheese, snacks, cold bottled waters, along with household necessities such as t. paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The kitchen is compact, but has everything you need, if you choose to make a meal. There are two nice beach chairs, and beachLaura even stopped by one day to drop off a new beautiful sand-resistant beach blanket to use. This rental was clean and comfortable. The bed was soooo comfy! Being on a busy road, we were surprised at how calm and quiet the nights were. The location was unbelievably perfect! Directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops! I will feel incredibly lucky if we get a chance to stay here again, as numerous passerby’s stopped to inquire about this rental. Thank you Ipaper towels, t. Paper, dish soap

Del Ray Stay

The property was adequate, but I found the information about getting in, remotes, location of trash/laundry too brief on details. More specific information was needed. I had never seen that type of lock, and I would recommend a step by step direction on how to open it. It was very frustrating after a long day of flying to not be able to get in.

Beautiful beach cottage. Best location in Delray

Thank you Vera for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cottage. It is more beautiful in person than what the pictures show. We can’t thank you enough for the beautiful memories we had at your place. The place is spotless, equipped with everything you can possibly need and at the best location across the beach and walking distance to downtown Delray. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Great beach get away for 2.

My wife and I have stayed at this property four times and I’m sure there will be more. Great location. Right across A1A from the beach and walking distance to many of the great bars and restaurants that Delray has to offer.

Beach Bum Life!

We had a wonderful time, loved your studio, so convenient to all the restaurants, bars and shopping on Atlantic Avenue and the best part was the location directly across the street from the beautiful beach. The studio was in great condition, small but all we wanted, loved the sitting area outside, quiet but also enjoyed watching people passing by, lots of activity but not intrusive. Hopefully go again next year!

bed seemed a little small. Toiletries not great 2 tiny little soaps no shampoo . Vera was. great when we had a minor problem, Very clean . Kitchen was stocked If you wanted to cook every thing you needed was there , enjoyed our stay would definitely come back.

Location, location, location!

It is a studio apt. But I didn’t come to the beach to sit inside a large house. Though small in size, it had all the amenities I required. The beach and dozens of good dining options just steps away. But Delray and other similar destinations in Florida are getting a bit expensive. Not like the olden days. Looking forward to returning.

The cottage was cute and well furnished, had everything we needed. The location can't be beat, and Vera was easy to work with.

Great Location - Ideal Space for 2!!

This villa with its free parking space was an ideal location to enjoy the beach (directly across the street) and several restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight misstep upon arrival as I missed the comprehensive message containing information to get into the property. I was expecting an email from VRBO and had to dig on the website to find it. Once found, it contained all the information we needed and then some. We experienced 2 slight drawbacks. Like so many Florida properties, there was a slight musty smell upon entering the villa. Also, the A/C went out the first night we were there. We messaged owner in the morning, and she responded immediately guiding us to find and reset the breaker. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the location, accommodations, and responsiveness of the owner.

Excellent accommodations

Great property that was as close as you could get to the beach and fine dining! It was in the heart of everything, yet quiet and relaxing! We will be back again as soon as we can! We had a fantastic time!

Property was perfectly located across from the beach and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The unit was great and our host, Vera, was even better. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect location

Everything was as advertised. Working w owner was seamless. Perfect for 2 people for the week. So close to the beach and a 15 min walk to every restaurant. The only comment is that it’s right on A1A so it’s pretty loud & busy w foot traffic but the convenience of the location & the parking spot included-outweighed that for sure. Much rather stay here than a hotel and it’s a better value!

Nice accommodations right on Delray Beach

This property was given as a last minute alternative to a problem with my booking. I was pleasantly surprised with the furnishings and unique stone materials used for the flooring and bathroom. The only suggested comfort improvements would be with the bed/bedding. Bring your own soap and shampoo as it is not provided.. Great stay overall (near my favorite restaurant in Delray) in a great location!
