Perfect location: Cedars 507 is a 4–5-minute walk from the beach—across the street. It is mid-island, so it is close to St. Armand’s Circle and Bridge Street on Anna Marie Island. Both offering an abundance of restaurants and shops. Plus there are many restaurants within walking and biking distance, including the intimate Hugo’s restaurant, which is onsite. The unit is also a 5-minute walk to the Sarasota Bay, and has a fishing pier and secondary beach (during low tide) on the Bay. It is a 1 minute walk to the bike/walking trail which stretches the entire length of the island, providing walking and bike access to the entire island.


Wonderful onsite facilities: The owners have a full membership at the Cedars Club, a 2-minute walk from the unit. The Cedars Club is one of the best clubs on the island. Renters have full access to the Cedars Club. This includes one of the nicest swimming pools on the island—a junior Olympic sized pool with plentiful deck chairs and umbrellas, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness room and nine excellent Har-Tru tennis courts. There are also three rare Har-Tru pickleball courts. Note Har Tru is much easier on the joints than hardcourt. A resident tennis pro is also available for instruction. Plus, bicycles are free of charge at Cedars. All this is available for your use.


A beautiful beach: Unit 507 is across the street from beautiful Longboat Key Beach. The owners provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs (new every year), umbrellas with sand anchors, and a beach wagon.



Onsite 24-hour management: The unit is managed by RVA which has an onsite manager. RVA is the premier management company on Longboat Key. RVA has 24-hour support and maintenance staff. Any concern will be addressed with a simple phone call to RVA. Unlike many internet rentals, there is never a need to track down an owner.




Gorgeous mangrove preserve: The kitchen and second bedroom have a very slight view of the ocean. And the rear of the unit faces a beautiful mangrove preserve which provides exceptional privacy in the master bedroom and large screened-in lanai.



Fully equipped: The unit is well equipped for a short or long-term stay. The kitchen has exceptional appliances and utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a full-size new washer and dryer. The unit has three nice televisions, with cable channels, a DVD player, and Hulu. There is a king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There are two and a half updated, modern bathrooms.
