Indian Shores Quiet!

Was a beautiful condo! We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the inter coastal! The best view for watching birds, manatees, and dolphins!

If you plan to cook a few meals while you are here, there is plenty of cookware in the kitchen! The balcony was our favorite part. It is so peaceful and relaxing. We were able to see dolphins, manatees, and even a flamingo! The beach is just a short 5-10 minute walk. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Amazing View!

View of the intracoastal from living room and bedrooms were amazing! Nice to sit on balcony for breakfast! We watched dolphins several time from balcony during our stay. The kitchen was supplied with many dishes, silverware and supplies. Many places to walk to if you didn’t want to cook! There are 13 stairs to first level and 13 additional stairs to second level. No elevator. The people above us were noisy. Could hear them walking around at all hours. Besides this issue the area was quiet!

We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees. My boys enjoyed catching huge red fish off the dock. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The property management placed us in this condo, after the condo owners of the original booking decided to come down the same week. They assured us it was very quiet, and it did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend this property, and the management of Seaside to our friends and family.We enjoyed the beach, with beautiful weather every day. During our stay we ate great cuisine, went shopping at the outlets in Ellenton, and went to watch the Rays play.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

I recently stayed in this beautiful condo with my Husband, our 27 year old daughter and my 87 year old Mom. This unit was exactly as described and pictured. Great layout with wonderful views of the intercostal throughout the condo. It is most thoughtfully equipped with needed supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. It even included things we weren’t expecting such as fans, beach towels and even some beach chairs and toys and a BEACH WAGON (!) that was a great surprise! The unit is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for all of us. The balcony is awesome with spectacular views where we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast. We were blessed by a few visits with dolphins AND manatees! Beach access is just down the street and across at a lighted crosswalk and made much easier with the beach wagon to haul everything we needed. The only negative was that the stairs were somewhat of a challenge for my 87 year old Mom but we were made well aware about that before booking. Communication with our host was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. Can’t say enough nice things about this unit and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Mothers and Daughters Trip

The condo was amazing and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The view could not be beat, and we saw dolphins, manatees and lots of bird activity every day.

Views from balcony incredible every day all day!!! Saw dolphin almost every morning. Sunrise from balcony so beautiful. Everything about condo inside was so very nice. Views of water from every window. Underground parking huge plus. I am a huge sheller and when tides went down got a ton of shells right outside condo. Mullet jump all day long and are pretty amusing. Pool was good. We walked to beach everyday and sand and water were just incredible. Only cons was you cannot have a golf here if that were possible we would definitely be back. You are on first floor so only have one set of stairs to walk. There is no elevator which wasn’t an issue for us. People above sounded like a heard of buffalo some days but still not a deal breaker. All in all would give condo 10/10. Taylor at management office was great!!!

Views from every room - waterfront!

Modern look, easy to maintain. Kitchen partially refinished. Everything was usable and there were plentiful plates and utensils. Good basic supplies, so we just needed to buy food.Unit was clean upon arrival.Only slight complaint are the owners who do not rent are not fans of the renters. One man was very aggressive to teenagers fishing (fyi, not my children, just observed) telling them they were trespassing. The kids were not loud or unruly, just casting their lines. I felt bad - just kids trying to enjoy vacation. That aside, it is a good unit.
