The Ritz building is located at the end of the street right at the bay and is somewhat separated from the buildings surrounding it making for a private and personal experience. If you like privacy with views this is the place for you. As always in Ocean City MD you re right around the corner from food, shopping and of course a short walk to the beach.

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

This was our 3rd stay in this bayside unit. Beautiful bays views from large deck, living room and enclosed sun room. Very convenient location - 2 blocks from beach and within walking distance to restaurants.only issue is that unit is showing its age and needs some updates and repairs. Cleanliness could also be improved. But overall, we love this unit.

3rd stay blues :(

We adored this place 1st time we stayed! Last year as a 2nd stay it wasn’t as clean but still ok. This time I was really disappointed. Large live spider and web across the bath tub.Spider webs in the corner by the entertainment center.Master bedroom walls coated in thick dust.Master bedroom roman shade broken and unusable, required us to try to save it and report it to rental agency. Master carpet smelled strong of urine and looked bad.Food on floor in dining area.Dirty floors throughout.Problem with toilet running, a plumber let himself in while we were at the beach w/out notifying us so we came back to him in our unit. Jarring. Stained pillows and upholstery in living room. Stained blankets on beds when we arrived. Used washer and dryer to clean sheets and a fitted mattress pad we brought with us and the dryer destroyed the coating on the fitted mattress pad even though I used a moderate setting. This location and view is sooo good. We want to keep coming here, but I’m now going to be looking elsewhere for next year unless some major maintenance is completed in this condo.

Needs a thorough cleaning

The listing was accurate. The pictures were accurate however, I will say I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. When we got there, the dishwasher was still filled with the dishes from the prior renters. No one had put them away. The AC unit said check filter, which I believe no one has done for quite some time because there was literally Fuzz on the walls in both bedrooms, indicating a buildup of dust for a long time.

Beautiful bayside condo

Our 2nd time in this unit. Very large covered porch and enclosed 3-season room with beautiful bay views with wetlands and lots of birds. Very convenient to ocean and a number of restaurants. Unit could use some updating but overall very comfortible. Un

Beautiful views

The deck is our fave part…peaceful and beautiful views of the bay. Convenient location to food, shopping and the beach with a family friendly feeling. This was our 2nd time coming to this rental. We will keep trying to come back. I will just say that the condo wasn’t as clean this time as it was last year. I had to clean the bathtub myself and there was popcorn on the floor close to the sofa and the upholstery on the living room furniture was showing multiple stains that an upholstery shampoo machine would most likely be able to clean off. It was clear that no one had run a vacuum close to and underneath the beds either. One of the master bedroom drawers also had a few clothing items in it that I just left stay where they were no knowing who they could belong to. Lastly the outdoor carpet on the deck was in dire need of vacuuming. There were some hair balls and an old bandaid and some dead bugs. We really enjoy spending time out there so it was disappointing.

Clean, Well Kept Condo w/Great Outdoor Space

We had a great stay at this property. It was well kept and as described in the listing. The mattress in the master bedroom is TERRIBLE but is really the only bad thing I have to say about the property itself. There's an awesome sunroom w/ TV and wrap around balcony that give a lot of nice space outside as well as in the condo. My kids are a little older, but I could see parents with young kids being able to put them down and then escape to the sunroom for a little relaxation after dark with a TV on.

Beautiful Breezy Condo

This condo did not disappoint! Stunning views, convenient location, and everything felt fresh inside. Very nice kitchen and wonderful wrap around outdoor spaces. We were very relaxed staying there, I did not want to leave. Even the next door neighbor was friendly! The one and only complaint is the master bed, my back is very temperamental and was not happy after 3 nights. My daughter slept well in the other bed. We’d totally return and just bring an air mattress for my personal back issue.
