This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features nice furnishings, a huge flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The full-size kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. The dining room furnishings offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers amazing views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The second bedroom has two twin size beds along with a TV and provides easy access to the hallway full bath. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free WiFi. The balcony offers amazing views of both the bay and the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

Come stay with us anytime of the year, enjoy all the amenities that this unit offers and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 7th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Really nice stay! The condo was true to its listing. The rooms were clean, with plenty of room and the check in and check out processes were straight-forward. There were games in the hall closet which came in handy when a few days ended up stormy! Having an assigned parking space was really nice! No worries about searching for a spot at different times of the day. We really liked the building overall and would definitely stay here or in another condo again!

Being able to walk out onto the beach was a huge plus, and the indoor pool was a blessing when it got cooler. We also took advantage of the tennis court and excellent exercise room. The views were awesome, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. (But please add a pasta strainer which was notably missing.) Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The property was as advertized. My kids enjoyed the game room and indoor pool on a rainy day. Loc ation was ideal. Close to all attractions we were interested in.

The pictures online are nice and exact until you get inside and see a few issues. Our toilet seat and toilet paper holder in the 2nd bath were both broken. The mirrors were dirty and looked like people had been standing in them to pop pimples! Ceilings are falling apart and it’s just more outdated than it looks.

Had a nice view of the ocean and the bay from the porch. Had a lot of kitchen items, cable options and games. It was in a good location close to dining and grocery stores and the beach was so pretty. The only downside was the arcade, a lot of machines didn’t work but they still played basketball and swam in the pool. We all loved it!

Fun Winter Getaway at The Capri in OC

Been coming to this area of Ocean City since I was 10, and I have family in the area so we always stay around 110th. I have stayed in a few different condos on the beach and on the bayside, as well as houses around the area. The Capri unit was spotless and beachy with an amazing view from ocean to bay. Beds were soft, carpet new. The unit was updated and spacious for 5 adults/teens. Kitchen could use more cooking gear - no strainer, no first aid kit for cuts, no toaster oven. There were a few minor issues with the garbage disposal in sink, and squeaky closet doors, aging sliders but overall the stay was relaxing. The management responded quickly to repair the disposal. The Capri's best asset is the location on the beach and the amenities. The indoor pool is the nicest in OC; the gym and common spaces are well appointed. Indoor bball court and game room a huge hit. The front desk attendants were very friendly, even when all my young nephews came to visit and were running around the basketball court. Only negative is hauling all your stuff up an elevator and trying to pack a roof rack in high beach winds. Other than that it was a great winter break stay.

Great stay

The Condo was beautiful, very spacious & so clean. We loved staying there. We will definitely come back next summer. It was one of the best Condo’s that we have ever stayed at.

Great beachfront stay

Great short week in OC, MD. Condo has great views, great pool, beach access, everything you need! We cooked breakfast at the condo daily and had all the cookware and dishes we needed. Ice machine in the freezer was very helpful and appreciated. We really enjoyed our our week. Thank you!

It was quiet, no loud footsteps or dogs barking and everyone was pleasant that we interacted with. I appreciated that there was a security guard at the door and it is a code to enter the building at all times. The beds were comfortable and water pressure on the showers was strong! Only wish would’ve been a few more utensils in the kitchen like a whisk and measuring cups/spoons.
