Overall, this is a great property. It's location right on the water is beautiful. The home could use some updating. While it appeared clean overall inside, the outside could use some tending to.

This is our 5th year staying there and it's perfect for our large family. Each family has their own section of the house for sleeping. Very large Dining room, perfect for all of us. It has a large yard two decks overlooking the water and access down to the water's edge unlike most other places in the area who just have the break wall. 2 TV rooms And a game room downstairs with ping pong and foosball.

Wonderful time at the lake house!

We all enjoyed ourselves very much at this great spacious house! We went fishing right in front of the house, had bonfires in the evening, and sat around the large dining table for meals and playing cards at night. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy drive to get to the area attractions too. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The house is in a perfect location. Sitting out on the back deck overlooking Lake Ontario could not have been any more beautiful. Location to Wilson and to Buffalo where we go fishing was right where we wanted. Enjoyed our stay.

Large home room for everyone. tons of privacy inside and out. beach access is definitely a plus. owners are very nice also. second stay here and no complaints whatsoever!!

Didn’t want to leave!

Perfect stay! Perfect for us oldsters (60’s-70’s), Middle Agers (40’s), kids (14-24)…10 total! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, large kitchen(s), family area(s), covered porch overlooking beautiful Lake Ontario and couldn’t get the “kids” out of the water or off the beach! Was so close to everything we wanted to do and go! Perfect is the only word to describe our stay!

We stayed to enjoy a charter and the casino and this place put us right in the middle of each. Great views, great location, very spacious. We enjoyed our stay alot. Alot of bugs and spiders on and in the house tho. Needs to be sprayed

Great as always

This was our fourth time staying at this house on Lake Ontario, and it was as pleasant and comfortable as ever. We appreciated the opportunity to have local family members join us to enjoy the deck and view of the lake with some nice dinners. We hope to be back again next year.

Thanksgiving Week

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were accommodating, kind and attentive. The location was perfect for us and the lake was gorgeous. Plenty of room to spread out, yet large enough common spaces to be together. We made use of the fire pit and ping pong table and it was definitely helpful to have two refrigerators. The yard was nice to have and and the path down to the lake was a plus too. Would stay there again for sure!

Fishing trip

We have used this property for several years and enjoyed it immensely each year. Perfect location and words can not describe how much we appreciate the owner generosity. I left my IPad at the house and they had no problem sending it to me at their expense. We love this place. Charles

Favorite place!

This lake house is my absolute favorite place to be. The owners are wonderful people and great to deal with. The area is nice because there are things to do without having to drive too far. This year we rented both side of the house which easily accommodated 12 people. There was enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Rich and Barb have done a great job adapting their property after the weather "modified" their shoreline. It's so beautiful. We will be back next summer and the next and the next.......

Lake Life Living

Wonderful experience! The house was huge, enough space for both families to have there own space. The VIEW is amazing - lots of beautiful sunsets! Campfires nightly was also beautiful! Access to the Lake (it is a slight hill). Close to Niagara Falls- yet far enough away from the commotion. Our families had an awesome, relaxing, rejuvenating time at the Lake House! Highly recommended if you want to have a vacation and get away from this thing we call LIFE! Note: take bug spray — bugs come with the lake 😂
