Main living:
fully open living massive kitchen with everything to cook up a storm, dining table that can sit 8, a lounge area around a wood fireplace and another TV lounge area.

Outdoor living:
outdoor sitting lounge for 8, outdoor dining table for 8 with outdoor kitchen comprising of a wine fridge, BBQ and sink.
Beautiful pool with big umbrella and a day bed by the pool that can sit 4.

Sleeping area:

Downstairs: one king size bedroom with own ensuite sleep 2, 1 double bedroom and sleep 2, 2 single bedroom with a trundle each that sleep 2 in each of the single room, one seperate shower room and toilet .
Upstairs: parents retreat with king size bed and own ensuite with separate shower and bath tub.

Entertainment:
2 smart TV with Netflix and Disney plus (one in TV lounge area and one in one of the king bedroom), free WIFI, sonos sound system throughout the main living areas.

Please note that this is our home and as such you will have on the wall family picture and other items that shows a family live here. We ask that you treat the place like your home and strictly no parties allowed as this is a very quiet neighbourhood. Very family friendly and peaceful, so please be respectful.

Also there is a spa but it is not in working order so I have not mentioned that feature on the listing, however the swimming pool is very inviting, note that in that lake, there have been sighting of bull shark, so it is not a swimming lake, please swim in the pool instead. However you can use the stand up paddle boards and kayaks provided for a cruise on the lake, take care of not falling in.

Also note that there is a ring camera at the front entrance in the car port area. We value our neighbourhood and want to make sure no extra guests or events are happening. This for safety reasons.
