Beach House on Westwood

This stylish & spacious home, will have you booking all your future Bridport holidays, without question! The home oozes beachside luxury! Offering a modern open plan kitchen/dining/living space, with distant water views, which flows to one of the outdoor dining spaces. Yes that's right, there's several outdoor spaces to enjoy - we'll get to that soon! Also on this level of the home, there are three bedrooms (1 x king bed, 1 x queen bed & 1 x single set of bunk beds), along with a bathroom (with free standing egg shape bath) & full laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, plus there's a coffee machine as well!

Downstairs there's a kitchenette, second sitting area (with futon sofa bed), bathroom & one bedroom with a double bunk bed on the bottom & single bed on top. Plus there's a king single bed under the stairs in an open area. (this is not a private bedroom).

Now let's talk outdoor entertaining spaces! Firstly, there is a deck with outdoor dining & sun lounges. In this space there is also a Webber Q bbq & a wood fired pizza oven! If the weather is a bit rough, you can move into the undercover outdoor pergola. There's also a separate firepit area to enjoy on those cold Winter nights & another separate lush lawn area for the kids to run around on.

If you're wondering about Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort or Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses, they are a short 10 minute drive from the cottage. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these world class golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can do a round of golf, then come home to relax in this very comfortable home.

Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart. If you love walking in nature, then you're in for a real treat. There are many bush & beach walks around Bridport. And let's not forget that Derby & The Blue Derby mountain bike trails are approx. 55km away.
