We offer 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo carts (for beach chairs and coolers). These golf carts can be parked at the beach parking area and are also permitted for travel to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Please note that availability is limited in the summer, so kindly request if this service is available before finalizing your booking.

FOLLY FIELD BEACH
The house is situated in the Folly Field area, with Folly Field Beach being the closest beach. A dedicated paved path leads from the house to the beach, which is about a 9-10 minute walk away (this duration may be longer if accompanied by children or older family members). Alternatively, you can drive your car or a golf cart to the beach. The beach parking area offers 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces. Folly Field Beach stands out as one of the best beaches in Hilton Head for several reasons:
- It boasts beautiful scenery
- The parking area is conveniently situated, with a short walk to the beach over a wooden access ramp that continues via an access pathmat over the dunes, offering ADA accessibility
- The beach provides amenities such as bathrooms, showers, a bike rack, a drinking fountain, and trash cans
- Lifeguards are present during the summer season
- It is less crowded than Coligny Beach
- Unlike some other Hilton Head beaches, Folly Field Beach features lifeguards, access ramps, amenities, and parking
- Unlike certain Hilton Head beaches that require a lengthy walk from the parking lot, Folly Field Beach is easily accessible
- The presence of amenities eliminates the need to walk back to your accommodation for restroom needs

Elevator Note: This property features a residential elevator for occasional adult use. It is not ADA-compliant and should not be relied upon by guests with mobility needs, so stairs will still be necessary to access the home. For safety, use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.
Elevators are sensitive systems and may stop functioning due to weather events (such as flooding, power outages, or high winds), overloading, user error, or safety mechanism triggers. Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime.
While our team makes every effort to keep the elevator in working order, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. The presence of an elevator does not affect rental rates; therefore, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if it becomes unavailable.

Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

Hot Tub Note: While every effort is made to maintain hot tubs in clean and working condition, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Mechanical malfunctions, scheduled maintenance, or necessary water treatments may render the hot tub temporarily unavailable. As hot tubs are considered an amenity and not a determining factor in the rental rate, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if the hot tub is unavailable during your stay.
