Acceso privado a la playa de 7 Bd

Esta nueva casa de 7 bd y 6. 5 baños acomodará cómodamente hasta 18 personas.
Ubicada en 25 Holloman Trace, justo al lado de N Forest Beach Drive, esta casa se encuentra en una calle privada y ofrece 20 pasos privados para acceder a la playa.

El primer piso tendrá una gran sala de estar con chimenea que se abre a la gran área de cubierta que contiene la piscina y el área de spa. La cocina contiene todos los electrodomésticos para los entusiastas del chef con asientos en la isla para reuniones grupales. Una suite de un dormitorio principal con baño privado y vestidor se abre de forma privada a la piscina y al área de spa. Otra suite principal queen con baño privado y vestidor se encuentra a la izquierda de la entrada. Un medio baño, una despensa de mayordomo y un área de lavadora / secadora completan el espacio de la planta baja.

Tome las escaleras o el elevador hasta el segundo piso donde se abre a un espacio de vida adicional perfecto para reuniones con un bar con fregadero, una gran área de entretenimiento y balcones abiertos. Las suites principales de la planta superior king y queen con baño privado y vestidor se abren para pasar por alto el área de la piscina con un balcón privado. Las habitaciones queen y twin adicionales comparten un baño completo junto con la litera doble. Una lavandería y medio baño completan la sala de estar de arriba.

The house and all accommodations were excellent and perfect for our large family. Proximity to the beach (75 steps is right on the money!) as well as an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny were a big plus. A wonderful week and we would definitely look to stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect Layout for a Large Group

Loved the house, the floor plan and proximity to the beach. Everyone in our large group had personal space and wonderful hangout zones, including upstairs and downstairs living rooms, balconies, and pool side. Already planning to come back!

This house is in a great location! It is clean; it is roomy; it is perfect for large groups. We had trouble with hot water when we arrived, but this was fixed within 30 hours. The owners were very responsive to our requests and very understanding of our issues.

A most memorable vacation

Our family of 14, aged 9 mos to 75, had the most wonderful anniversary celebration at this beautiful property. Nearby beach with super easy access was big and wide with long shallow entry, perfect for kids and adults. Pool was perfect for after we had enough sun and waves, and evening swims. House was big, clean, roomy, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and had the most amazingly supplied kitchen we’ve ever seen…perfect for our family’s version of “Top Chef” cook off team meal competition!! We enjoyed biking to Coligny Center and various other trails. We would love to come back…it was a perfect family place!

Spacious, clean and beautiful

We loved the well equipped kitchen, and big private pool, and the upstairs loft equipped with video and other games. The location is a short walk to the beach. And a longer walk to Coligney PlazaEveryone was comfortable and happy. We were a group of 8 that included 3 teens.

A Hilton Head Gem for Families

We had the best stay! This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed—plenty of space, a great layout, and little extras that made it feel like home, from the well-stocked kitchen to the beach gear and kids’ books. The private pool was a huge hit, and the quick walk to the beach made it so easy with little kids. Our girls especially loved the bunk beds—it felt like their own little hideaway. It’s hard to find a rental that checks all the boxes, but this one truly did. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

A Perfect Family Vacation

From the moment we booked this house last year to the day we checked out, everything about our experience was perfect. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with—so responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her communication made planning a breeze.The house itself was everything we hoped for and more. It had plenty of space for our four families, and the layout made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was incredibly kid-friendly, which made a huge difference with several little ones in tow.The location was ideal—just a short, easy walk to the beach. One of our favorite parts was having a private pool right at the house. Perfect Family Getaway!

The property was amazing! It was very clean, well appointed and the size was perfect for our group. This was our first time staying in this area of HHI and we loved it. The location is nicely set between Coligny and Palmetto Dunes and you can get to either with a short walk on the beach for food or shopping. Susan was awesome! She was very responsive to any inquiries / questions we had. The property, location and service received was among the best we have experienced and are very much looking forward to future stays with ResHH Properties!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful visit to this beautiful property. It's in immaculate condition at a great location. But the thing we enjoyed most, was that our family of 11 had both lots of places to be alone and great spaces where we could gather together. We ended up enjoying meals more at the house, than restaurants because there was room for everyone and it was easy to talk. Also, we appreciate the AMAZING communication from the hosts. We had lots of questions and they ALWAYS responded within seconds. It was a perfect VRBO experience!

This home is beautiful and luxurious, yet homey at the same time. The kitchen is really special, full of everything you could possibly want or need, unlike rentals we have stayed in where we have found only bare essential dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The home is pleasantly decorated throughout in neutral colors, giving it a wonderful, warm relaxing atmosphere. Our family of six adults and seven children spent several evenings together enjoying the large kitchen, dining room, living room open area playing games and simply enjoying our time together. We had access to the three-car garage where we stored two cars and our 13 rental bikes, avoiding the need to lock the bikes when not in use.The pool was a perfect size for the kids (and the adults when the kids took a break!) The beautiful beach was a very short walk away. In fact, the kids were excited that they could see the ocean from our top floor! And Coligney Plaza Shopping Center is just a short bike ride away as well.Susan is a fantastic owner! She sent us lots of suggestions and information concerning fun things to do at Hilton Head and promptly answered every question we had. This was our favorite rental of all times! A Destination in Itself!

No detail was overlooked by this host. Our entire family enjoyed both the home and location immensely! The beach is a quick and easy 3 minute walk and you don’t have to worry about any crowds. The home was well appointed from high end furnishings to daily kitchen essentials. We absolutely recommend both this property and the host. The complimentary packages, thoughtful welcome bag and more were appreciated. If you want a luxurious vacation with the convenient amenities (kitchen, private pool, etc.) you love in a home, this is your place!

Best beach house

This is the best beach house we have ever stayed at. Our family consists of 6 adults and 6 children ages 3 to 13. The bedroom accommodations were perfect as were the eating areas and TV areas. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would ever need. The house was spotless. The children loved the beach. The garage has a great supply of beach chairs, toys and body boards. The beach is a very short walk away. It is a beautiful beach. The pool was the kids go to so we appreciated the great supply of beach/pool towels. Susan was very helpful with all my questions from the beginning when we scheduled to the last day of our trip. She also supplied a lot of information about the island’s activities Our property manager was also very helpful. I highly recommend this beach house. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect!

Very, very nice. The home is beautiful. It has everything you could need. Luxury linens, nice pool/beach towels, large fridge and freezer, plenty of seating for meals, 2 separate areas for gathering or watching tv, good size pool and hot tub, top of line appliances, beach toys and chairs, ping pong table and a couple of bikes. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, close to the center of town but far enough to get away from the crowds. Almost every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for privacy and 2 off bedroom balconies. It really is set up very nicely. The owner and maintenance man were very responsive when we struggled(operator error)with the elevator or had any questions. They set up a wonderful family photo shoot for us and can’t wait to get the pictures. The beach area around the house was mostly home renters/owners so there was plenty of room to spread out and have fun. Areas around the resorts are packed with people. Our best rental experience. Would go back in a heartbeat! Can’t say enough good things about it. If you plan to eat out, get your reservations early...wasn’t easy to find a place that could accommodate a large group and walk-ins had long waits. New York City pizza had the best NY style pizza, Amigos cafe Y cantina had great food, the Char Bar was great and Black Marlin was good as well. We chartered a dolphin cruise with Dolphin and Nature which was fun and the boys rented jet skis and had a blast. Overall a great vacation.

Family HH beach trip 2022

Beautiful well-equipped house appropriate for our multi-generational family. Kitchen is very well stocked with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, range and separate oven/microwave combination, free-standing ice maker, and separate wine/beverage refrigerator. Owners provided beach towels, beach chairs and toys which made packing a bit lighter. Great second upstairs living area with TV which the grandchildren really enjoyed. Four vehicle double bay parking garage underneath house. Owners always responded promptly to any questions or needs that we had during the reservation process and vacation week. Thankful for such a wonderful week at 25 Holloman Trace.

Its our mission to provide that little extra memory that you don't get from a large corporate rental establishment. We believe strongly in supporting the Hilton Head Island community through wildlife donation support ( sea turtles frequent our beaches often during nesting season! ) & promoting locally run area businesses. It's those little "extra" touches that bring our renters back as part of our rental family!

Our family has enjoyed this end of North Forest since our children were little. When our adjacent 96North beach "cottage" ( 1577612 ) became available we took the plunge to making our beach home reality. As the children grew and our family did as well, we found ourselves adding 25 Holloman Trace to the family. This area of North Forest has always been special to us for its location across from the bike path and just far enough from the unique shops and restaurants of Coligny to still be near but quiet. Our beach area on this end of the island is not only a little less crowded but it also is a favorite of our sea turtle nesting momma's making for some exciting beach walks with the littles!

25H sports some great balconies for that quiet reading or morning coffee while tucked under the palmetto palms. Its furnishings are what we think many would like in their own home vs a typical rental décor. Sunrises cast a golden glow that welcomes you out to its balconies either from the upstairs bedrooms, second living room or the downstairs area. Located on a private drive with its own private beach access ensures the quiet residential atmosphere and avoidance of crowds for that perfect larger family memory building vacay. With two separate floors and living spaces its easy to steal time away or gather as a crowd to watch that favorite movie or play a game. Our custom built bunk room is a huge hit with the littles giving them their own space and the elevator gives the elders in the group ease in coming and going.
