About this property

Excellent reviews: center of Plymouth Harbor, walkable and family friendly!

Our home is a spacious, second floor apartment of a two family home with your own private entrance. Hardwood new oak floors throughout. Granite counters in kitchen and bathroom. It has three bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and one bedroom with a king bed). In addition, there is another 4th bedroom that has been converted to a den/entertainment room with a television, love seat and computer. Our accommodations have one bathroom with a combination tub and shower. In addition, it has central air conditioning, high speed wifi, a fast large screen pc, two televisions, a wii console attached to the den television. Complimentary high efficiency front load washer and high capacity dryer are in the cellar for your convenience. There are two off street parking spots so that you do not have to worry about finding a parking space downtown.

Our vacation home is nestled in the center of historic Plymouth. It's a great location because it's just 500 feet from Nelson Recreational Park and Beach. Nelson Recreational Area has a beach, new 'splash pad' water play area for children, large playground, walking path, boat ramp, paved bike trial, picnic area and seasonal snack bar. The Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, Grist Mill and harbor area are just a short walk from our home. Also, within walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants, whale watching and fishing boat tours, the visitor's center, Provincetown Ferry, and other historic sites. Our location is a very short drive from the primary highway and major malls so it also makes it easy to take day trips or pick up groceries. The combination of natural beauty, historic sites and many conveniences makes Plymouth a wonderful location for a vacation destination.

Our home provides our guests with a comfortable and convenient setting to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer. Lockbox provides contactless entry. Our home is smoke free, vape free and pet free.

The Apartment was fantastic and suited our needs brilliantly. Apartmen has all the space and equipment to enjoy your holiday/vacation. Close to all the amenities of Plymouth and we able to visit Cape Cod and travelled by Train to Boston, via Kingston Train Station, which is close by. We had a problem in paying for parking at the Train Station using the paybyphone app and Joan came to our rescue brilliantly. We can highly recommend this Apartment and would certainly book the Apartment again if in this area again.

My husband, Joe, and I live in Connecticut with our two sons, Niko (22) and Alex (21). We love to travel and have been renting vacation rentals from HomeAway and VRBO in the US and internationally for over 15 years. We purchased this two family home as an investment because we ultimately will retire in Plymouth because of the quality of life and the abundance of things to do. We initially were going to rent both apartments but my husband's parents (Joan and George) loved the area so much, they moved into the first floor apartment and now provide assistance to our guests. We look forward to sharing our home with you so that you can enjoy Plymouth too :)
