This modern, brick, single story home is ideal for a quiet getaway or family beachside holiday. Situated at Kinka Beach, approximately half way between Emu Park and Yeppoon, puts you in a great position to explore our beautiful coastline. Plenty to do for all the family with the waves just across the road and the Causeway Lake and Rosslyn Bay Marina just a few minutes down the road. This is the perfect spot to do as much, or as little, as your heart desires.

The home is beautiful. It has everything we needed to be comfortable and have a great stay. Even toys and dvds for the baby. Location is straight accross the road from rhe beach with easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House in a great location

The house was perfect for our stay. Loads of room for 4 kids to have fun and their own space when they needed. Right across the road from Kinka Beach for kitesurfing and 500ms from the Causeway Lake for sailing. Loved it!!
