Welcome to our Family Treasure, a charming and comfortable family beach home less than a five-minute walk to Papamoa East Beach. Whether for long or short stays, this home is ideal for groups of friends or families, accommodating up to eight guests across 4 bedrooms, making it the perfect place to create holiday memories.
Feel right at home at Family Treasure! Built over two levels, the heart of the home is positioned on the upper floor, featuring a large living area equipped with a smart TV, a heat pump, and comfortable couches for relaxation. The sliding door opens out to your private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning cuppa while listening to urban Papamoa life and the gentle sound of the waves breaking.
The kitchen has all you need for your stay, whether you have a chef in your group or want to whip up something simpler—it's loaded with all the basics you'll want. The four-seater breakfast bar and sunny dining area will become a favorite spot for meal times, providing plenty of seating for your group to come together.
When it's time to hit the hay, your group has a selection of four bedrooms. The master, located on the second floor, features a super king bed, a spacious walk-through wardrobe, and a shared ensuite with a shower, toilet, and basin. The main bathroom on the ground level has a bathtub—perfect for bathing the kids—a shower, toilet, and basin.
On the ground level, bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedrooms three and four have two single beds each. The laundry room, with a washing machine, is also located on the ground level, along with a large garage space.
Tucked down a long gated driveway, you are well off the road for peace of mind to let the kids play and explore on the flat lawn and courtyard that complete the section. There is plenty of parking in front of the driveway for several vehicles or a boat, with additional free street parking if needed.
Not only is the beach a stone's throw away, but Golden Sands Shopping Centre is a 5-minute walk. You can pop into Henry and Ted's Café or Papa Mo's for a delicious bite to eat, get all your supplies at the generously-sized Four Square, or check out the local cinema.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay.
