Emplacement parfait pour Storyland, pistes de ski, randonnées et North Conway

Notre maison de vacances est situĂ©e dans la rĂ©gion du mont Washington au New Hampshire, aux États-Unis. Le condo a environ 1700 pieds carrĂ©s (~ 165 mĂštres carrĂ©s) et offre une vue directe sur le mont Washington et les ravins. Chambre des maĂźtres avec lit queen et salle de bain privĂ©e, une deuxiĂšme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une grande mezzanine avec deux lits jumeaux supplĂ©mentaires. Le premier Ă©tage a une deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte, une cuisine, un foyer et un grand salon avec de hauts plafonds (~ 16 pieds). Table Ă  manger (6-8 places) et coin petit-dĂ©jeuner avec petite table (4 places). Depuis le salon, vous pouvez sortir sur le pont avec vue sur les montagnes. Les autres Ă©quipements comprennent une tĂ©lĂ©vision LCD, une radio, un lecteur CD et DVD, un piano / clavier Ă©lectronique, un accĂšs Internet sans fil, un ordinateur (pour que vous n'ayez pas Ă  apporter le vĂŽtre), une imprimante pour les billets Ă  prix rĂ©duit en ligne, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, grill extĂ©rieur, etc.

Les petits caractÚres: non fumeur, pas d'animaux, occupation maximale 6 personnes, il y a un escalier pour atteindre l'entrée principale.


Il y a beaucoup Ă  faire toute l'annĂ©e. Ski d'hiver, avec au moins quatre grands domaines skiables Ă  moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Attitash, Cranmore Mt., Black Mt., Wildcat ne sont que quelques exemples. À 30 minutes, vous avez accĂšs Ă  Bretton Woods, Canon Mt., Loon Mt. et plus. L'Ă©tĂ© est le meilleur pour la randonnĂ©e ou le golf. Dans notre maison, vous trouverez un guide de montagne, des cartes des sentiers et un sac Ă  dos. Les enfants de 12 ans et moins (ainsi que les adultes) peuvent profiter de Story Land Ă  distance de marche. Trois terrains de golf ou plus sont Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  Jackson, Eagle House et Mount Washington Hotel. Le mont Washington a diffĂ©rentes voies d'accĂšs. Vous pouvez monter le mont Washington sur une route panoramique ou monter dans une camionnette. Le rail Ă  crĂ©maillĂšre avec un moteur et des voitures authentiques du milieu des annĂ©es 1800 est le plus amusant (en plus de la randonnĂ©e) pour monter la montagne (sur une pente de 45 degrĂ©s). L'automne est plein de couleurs, la Nouvelle-Angleterre est une destination de voyage pour un beau feuillage. Autres attractions, promenades en traĂźneau autrichiennes en hiver dans le village voisin de Jackson, boutiques et magasins d'usine Ă  North Conway, Ă  10 minutes, et de nombreux restaurants et cafĂ©s.

Wonderful, easy, comfortable stay!

This was not our first stay in this condo and we would definitely stay again! We love this location. The condo is clean, comfortable and has space for everyone. Be aware that the mini split doesn’t cool the downstairs bedrooms but that would only be a problem on a rare hot night. I only mention it because AC is important to my group on the occasion it is needed to sleep.

Very spacious, incredible mountain view from the living room and balcony, clean and great location to the ski resorts! We were a little surprised that we had to make our own beds and of the arrival/departure checklist, but we would definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean comfortable well stocked condo

Came up for hiking and fall colors. Great location for hiking trails Beautiful views from apartment but brought chairs to sit out on lawn with even better views. Very well stocked for cooking and dining. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve been in. We’d definitely go back.

Amazing Quiet Getaway

My family and I loved every bit of our winter getaway here! The place was clean, heat worked great, all instructions/communication with the owner were very clear and the views from the location were absolutely breath taking. We didn't want to leave! The place was quiet, cute, cozy and comfy. There was also a washer/ dryer available which was such a convenience. Definitely will be back! 10/10

Amazing views!

Me and my family booked a last minute trip to NH and stayed here. The property was in a great location, central to all we had planned to do. The property was spacious and well equipped. The owners were great with communication, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. My favorite part of our stay was the amazing views from the living room and deck.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location

The condominium was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The view of the mountains - especially Mt. Washington - from the breakfast nook and deck was spectacular! Fred was very responsive and check in/check out was easy. The only minor issue we had was with the internet speed being very slow - a challenge for a family of four with two teenagers. We will definitely return for another family vacation!

Wonderful stay in the mountains

Beautiful views and plenty of space! Great location for skiing and hiking. We went to Attitash and Jackson XC skiing; both of which were a short drive away. The gas fireplace was very nice- warmed us up after a day skiing and creates a lovely environment. There is plenty of common space and seating. The check-in list was a little intimidating, but it went smoothly and didn't take long at all. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great location for enjoying the mountains of New Hampshire, whether from the deck with a cup of coffee or on foot on a hiking trail. A short drive to Vintage Bakery, North Conway, Jackson, Crawford Notch, and Pinkham Notch. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped for self-catering, and communication with the owner was friendly, prompt, and accurate. Did I mention dark skies for stargazing? Would love to go back!

Visit to the White Mountains

The condo was clean - though dated. The beds were horrid - very uncomfortable! Disappointed the gas stove/fireplace was not in working order. The White Mountain area is absolutely amazing - the colors were outstanding even in the rain and fog!!

Christmas Mountain Chalet

My family and I were extremely happy with our 10 night stay at Christmas Mountain.The property was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. All of our needs were met and surpassed. Fresh bedding, thick fluffy towels, a fully applianced kitchen, even games and books to enjoy. The chalet was spacious with a spectacular mountain view. Our hosts couldn't have been any nicer. They quickly responded to any of our questions, and offered great suggestions for local eateries and things to do. We give them the highest recommendation, definitely super hosts.

Great view!

We (5 adults) spent a long weekend here during the peak leaf change. I can’t imagine a better view from any other condo in the White Mountains! Absolutely gorgeous! The condo was at the back of a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all the hiking and activities we had planned. The inside was a bit dated but that wasn’t the reason for the trip so it didn’t really bother us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The condo was roomy for the five of us. There were plenty of bath and hand towels but only two wash cloths. The checkout process was a bit tedious but it definitely would not stop us from staying here again!

Nice Weekend in Mountains

Property was nice, however, we were surprised that we needed to make our own beds upon arrival, strip the beds upon departure. Empty the dish washer before leaving, which delays departure and follow a series of shut down procedures which normally are handled by a cleaning staff. There was a complicated heating system to warm the living area. Finally figured it out on last day. Just want others to be prepared and not expect walk-in-ready conditions. Nice Location.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, Fred's condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. My wife and I, along with our daughter and her family were looking for a condo convenient to Story Land and North Conway but at the same time away from the busy downtown area. This condo checked all the boxes and then some. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Fred was an excellent host as well. We didn't have any issues, but when I did need to reach out to him he responded promptly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Fred as an owner and his condo as a property and would visit it again the next time I vacation/getaway in the North Conway area.

Great property with fantastic views

We stayed a week with two kids and grandma in this great condo. Website photos don’t do the justice to the great location, 360 degree views and all amenities inside. It definitely exceeded our expectations.Kitchen is great and having real fire in the thermostat-controlled stove/fire place is priceless when you come from cold and snow adventures. Wood panels on the walls and ceiling add to the charm and warmth of the living room and loft. Kids absolutely loved the loft with little pool table, beds and had a lots of fun there and having their own space. We did a lot of skiing and site seeing. There are numerous locations for downhill, cross country, not to mention many backcountry trails in close proximity to the condo.There are plenty of shopping, dining and great tourist attractions within 10-20min drive. Still there was simply not enough time to visit all the places we wanted. We would love to come back to this very condo again.
