Welcome to Coco's Cottage. Your private oceanfront oasis located directly on St. Margarets Bay. It is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets, and your own private sandy beach.
Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and sleeping room for up to 8 people. In the cozy 1,250sqft cottage, enjoy the expansive deck overlooking the 162 feet of ocean frontage.
The property is ideally located less than 25 minutes from downtown Halifax, 5 minutes to Hubbards and 40 minutes from Lunenberg.
