Welcome to 83 Keveney Lane: a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house located on a quiet, pastoral street. The property is in Cummaquid in the Village of Barnstable on historic Keveney Lane with the unique one lane bridge looking out at Cape Cod Bay and Sandy Neck. Lots of restaurants and quaint shops in this idyllic area of Cape Cod. The house is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and plantings and has a large, manicured yard for relaxation with a heated saltwater pool.

The interior is decorated in a warm and inviting style. The main floor features the living room, dining room, TV room, powder room and an eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Also, on the main floor you will find three bedrooms. The first has 2 sets of twin bunks beds and the other two each have a queen bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom and another full bathroom in the hallway services the other two bedrooms. The lower level of the home has a large additional TV area: perfect for separate groups to gather at the same time! Enjoy the front deck with a morning cup of coffee in the beautiful southern exposure sunshine or put out the automatic awning and enjoy coffee in the shade. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower. A swing set in the backyard is great for kids in your group and the provided corn hole set will make for some competitive afternoon tournaments.

Barnstable Village is a charming area in the Town of Barnstable with a rich history. The village center is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Nearby is Millway Marina, with access to charter fishing and whale watching tours. Millway Beach is nearby as well, which is a quieter children’s friendly beach. There are also several walking and biking trails in the area, perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings. 83 Keveney Lane is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer.
