The outdoor space is for our guests to enjoy but please be courteous to our neighbors, the house is located in a very quite residential neighborhood. No loud music anytime and NO MUSIC outside after10pm.


MAIN FLOOR

The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, powder room and deck.

Home chefs will enjoy a spacious kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops and small breakfast nook. Kitchen is equipped with full suite of stainless-steel appliances including a double-door fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher as well as a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, etc. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with a modern table and seating for 8.

The living room area has modern furniture with a flat screen tv. The living area extends outside to the private deck complete with a table, casual seating and patio heater. Enjoy dining or sipping coffee on the deck while overlooking the yard and pool. There is also a convenient half bathroom on this level.

The spacious master suite is on the main level with a queen bed and private bath. Master bedroom also includes a flat screen tv.


SECOND FLOOR

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second room has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle bed.


LOWER LEVEL

The lower level consists of two living areas, a wet bar, full bathroom, washer/dryer and access to the hot tub and backyard.

Both living areas have a Bluetooth enabled built-in surround sound system. The first living area has a flat-screen TV and seating for 6 on a sectional sofa. The sectional also sleeps two on its pull-out bed. The second living area also has a flat-screen TV with a sleeper sofa. Adjacent to this area is a full-size wet bar with 6 bar stools.


OUTDOOR SPACE

An expansive backyard features a heated pool (open during peak season), large pool side patio with a fire pit, a hot tub, Weber barbeque grill and unique wood burning stove/grill for outdoor cooking. Pool patio is furnished with full complement of pool furnishings and seating. Access your professionally cleaned and sanitized vacation home with our keyless lock that ensures 100% contactless check-in. Property is equipped with external motion sensors and security cameras in the front and back of the home. The cameras in the back of the home will be switched off during your stay. No pets are allowed. You can schedule additional cleaning services during the week for an additional cleaning fee.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend). As is customary with vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. These fees include $325 cleaning fee. In addition, there are MA state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length.
