Didn’t meet cleanliness expectation

The unit didn’t appear to have been recently or throughly cleaned. We had to clean up dead bugs(a lot) as soon as we arrived and killed many bugs the two days we were there. The layout was comfortable for two couples. The location was convenient to the golf course and downtown.

Cute apartment

The apartment was really cute and being new had a very nice decor. We are not TV streaming people but rather cable TV people and we tried but could never get feedback on how to work the TV to find the major networks so we could enjoy our favorite shows and current news. It would be helpful to have instructions available on site for people like us. It was very close drive to town for restaurants and shops.

Not walkable to beaches or town

This place is convenient to town if you have a bike, cart or car, but it is not walkable. It's over a mile to town with no walking paths. The master bed is very comfortable. The place needs a little better cleaning. It was not vacuumed and there were crumbs on the couch. If you're okay with the above it is a lot less expensive than any of the hotels or houses in town.

Cute apartment

The property was very nice, decorated very well and close to downtown Cape Charles. A few issues that were frustrating was that we are not streaming TV users and prevented us from finding all the usual channels and shows we like. My recommendation would be to have directions handy to be able to follow. We reached out through our contact who tried to reach the owner but never got a response. We managed though finding a few things to watch. Overall, it was a nice place and would recommend it for others to consider while they are in Cape Charles.
