Is overdue some basic maintenance incl light bulbs, missing wall light, vacuum cleaner didn’t work. The steep stairs are dangerous in the dark - needs a night light. Low ceiling in bedroom - most people will hit their head if not extra careful.

Thanks for your review : stairs are very visible in photos and we have signage regarding the low head room at the top of the stairs. We will get our maintenance team onto the globes which can expire at anytime . It would have been helpful if you had let us know we could have easily come and changed the globe for you . We keep the property well maintained and clean so its disappointing to have received you star rating . We always receive very positive feedback so its clear this property simply did not suit your own personel Needs
