Residence 36 is a gorgeous Brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with accommodations for 12 guest. The house is located in Las Conchas right in the entrance.
The house is inside a gated community with 24hr security. As soon as you enter through the door you will feel just as comfortable as being at home. The living room is very spacious with comfy couches that opens up to a queen sofa bed. Enjoy a nice movie on the smart flat screen tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped everything you might need to cook a nice meal. The kitchen table is right by the kitchen and it easily accommodates 6 guest and the kitchen bar has 4 stools.

As you walk out on the second floor you will be amazed by the view, there is a beautiful sunny deck where you can enjoy some sun and relaxation. There is a snail staircase right next to the deck and it takes you to the third story. This is where you can make a nice barbecue it provides a charcoal grill where you can enjoy your food with your loved ones.
