We loved our stay! Beautiful quaint villa with room to do yoga and make a few meals. Location was close to city parks, groceries, restaurants, and biking lanes. We enjoyed the pool, where we met friendly people. Great experience!

Overall Excellent Stay

Minor issues such as no Live TV, back door could use blinds so that no one walking by can look directly into the kitchen and living room, and the icemaker, besides stuck together ice that was old, did not make any ice at all. Worst was the easy chair that creaked lije craxy and was difficult to get out of, for anybody.

Booking cancelled with no explanation

I booked the property and received a confirmation. I asked for an exact address/unit number and how to access the door. The next day while I was driving to the property (16 hr. drive) I received a "cancelled" notice. There was no explanation. This was a frustrating experience. I should have received some sort of explanation as to why my booking was cancelled.

A shade to cover the kitchen door window is needed. Leaving that uncovered is a bit creepy after dark… Directions for how to access live TV is needed as well. We would have appreciated being able to watch local and national network stations… We arrived well after dark and had difficulty locating our unit. It would be helpful for people to know it is the 3rd unit back from the parking area, and that there is a post light next to that unit… That said, we were very comfortable, and the unit was pleasantly decorated. Also it was well stocked with paper products, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, and various condiments. It was conveniently located, halfway between family in Green Valley & Sahuarita, as well as near restaurants, shops & gas stations. The step-in shower was wonderful for us seniors. And, the manager, Shonie, was there in 7 minutes, when we had difficulty w/some locks, and other questions. She only stayed 10 minutes, but it made us comfortable in this new place, that we had a friendly, reassuring contact, if needed. We would definitely rent this unit again.
