Comfortable condo in Indio

Directions were helpful, communication was excellent. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We were out at a La Crosse tournament the entire weekend but the condo provided a convenient and comfortable base.

Nice place, well located

I brought my two sons and myself to Coachella to attend the BMW, driving school in Thermal California. This property was exactly as represented, and what we were looking for. It was nice, clean and well appointed. The owner was very helpful and cooperative, and gave us some flexibility regarding our check in and check out times. I would highly recommend this for anybody doing any activities in the Coachella area. Affordable, clean, convenient and a very nice owner.

The place was beautiful staff was pleasant via texts We had a lot of issues of it reading our license plate to be able to get it and out ended up a couple times having to get a guest pass at the golf course just to get in. Tried calling owners a couple times over it and texted them and they didn’t return either one or answer. Not sure if it is common out there or not but there were a couple very large cockroaches in the kitchen, which sorta was creepy as we were nervous returning home that any of them had gotten into our stuff and we didn’t wanna bring that into our homes. We were out there for a celebration of life of one of our loved ones so some of this made it more difficult to handle and deal with. The entrance was extremely stressful when we had to try multiple times to get in and got no answer so we ended up driving around and going to the golfers entrance and they were kind enough to give us visitor passes after we explained our issue. He told us to contact the owners to have it addressed and fixed. We tried and got no answer or reply
