The Space:

Welcome to this opulent desert oasis residence! This exceptional home seamlessly blends modern amenities with chic comfort.



The Primary Bedroom serves as your serene retreat, offering a lavish King Bed and a private ensuite bathroom for your ultimate relaxation. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are graced with snug Queen Beds, while the 4th Bedroom surprises with a delightful Bunk Bed arrangement. The upper bunk is a twin bed, and the lower tier features two full-sized beds, one of which conveniently slides out when needed. In total, six inviting beds guarantee a restful night's sleep for everyone.



For the culinary enthusiasts in the group, the granite kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining table is the perfect spot to savor those delectable home-cooked meals.



Step outside and luxuriate in the sun while you unwind in the newly resurfaced swimming pool and spa, offering breathtaking vistas of towering palm trees.



The outdoor patio is a haven of comfort, ideal for basking in the day, and it even comes equipped with a Gas Weber BBQ for your grilling pleasure. Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed WiFi on a 5G network and relish your favorite shows on Smart LED TVs. The central Air Conditioner and Heat are effortlessly controlled by a Nest thermostat, ensuring your comfort at all times.



As an added delight, a fun Golden Tee Video Game is available for your entertainment. You can also count on the convenience of garage parking with an EV Charger for added privacy. This is the perfect place to create enduring stay-cation memories in style and luxurious comfort.



For those seeking to heat up the pool, it's available for an additional utility charge of $75 per day, with a minimum requirement of 2 days. There's no additional charge for heating the spa.

Guests can access entire house including Pool and BBQ. Pool heat is available for a $75 per day utility charge. Must book min of 2 days. (not necessary in summer) . Spa heat is no extra charge.

Perfect for what we were looking for

Mario and Ivette were wonderful hosts and they offer a beautiful home. The home had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well appointed, the hot tub was amazing and the use of the garage was very convenient. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great stay

We only got to spend a short time there (quick trip), but we really enjoyed the house. Hot tub was great. House was clean and in good shape. Golf game was fun. No complaints.

Good spot for a desert weekend

The house is huge, with plenty of space and a lovely yard out back (the hot tub and pool are the cherries on top). Would definitely recommend if you are heading to Indian Wells, Coachella, etc.

Communication was excellent as was check in super easy! House was everything I expected and more. Backyard with pool and hot tub was very private! Everything in and outside house was super easy to operate, which I’ve found is not always that way at other stays!

Highly recommend-Clean and comfortable

The house was perfect! Super clean and the beds are comfortable. Loved hanging out in the back yard and sitting in the spa. Car charger in the garage was very convenient. Bonus was the golf tee video game! Records were broken;) Mario was a great host! Thank you!

Hi Barbara. We are very disappointed with your review. We have pictures that show exactly what the house looks like. We were in constant communication with you. We tried so hard to accommodate you. I'm not sure why you would write this. When you're a homeowner and a host who cares so much about their property. It's tough to read this. I want to let any potential guest know that to please read our other reviews. We have a clean and very well appointed home in the desert. We love it so much. We wish you would have reflected at least how clean our house is presented. We have a granite kitchen. Stainless steel modern appliances. Just like the pictures. Again we are not sure if you were confused with your review with another property. We have new beds. We have Smart television in almost every room. We have a newly remodeled heated pool and spa with pebbletech coating. We really love the house as every other guest who has come through here.

Great and comfy stay

Let's get to the most important part first, these were by far the most comfortable beds of any rental we've ever had. The kids really enjoyed the pool and spa and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. Everything was clean and in working order & Mario is very easy to work with. The neighborhood is quiet, minus a few barking dogs now and again, but we're not bothered by that. The kids enjoyed the dogs "singing along" to sirens one day while swimming. We'll definitely keep this one on our list for future visits to the Palm Springs area.

A true home away from home!

This vacation house was a real home away from home during our trip. Mario Ruiz, the host of this vacation home communicated with us with easy to follow instructions & welcomed us with hospitality. We were relaxed and at ease stayed in this home for a week during our vacation in south California especially when the outdoor temperature was reaching up to 107F. There’s a time we had to cancel all outdoor activities due to the scorching weather, but we still enjoyed staycation in this cool vacation home, swimming, lounging, and watching TV in cool, air-conditioned home. This vacation home was clean & fully equipped with all necessary supplies to ensure our comfort. While we’re staying in this home, we were able to explore Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Desert Christ Park, Joshua Tree National Park, Salton Sea, Salvation Mountain, & Anza Borrego State Park, making precious memories that will probably last our lifetime.

This property is in a lower to middle class neighborhood. The rooms are small while much of the house has been renovated, there are quite a few things that are not completed or not updated. The carpets are well stained, many tiles chipped or broken, no water pressure in the master bath sink, the tub/shower is old. The outdoor furniture cushions are very stained and we had to cover them with towels to feel comfortable. Also watch for hidden charges on this one.

We will confirm to check the faucet of the bathroom sink. Regarding the outdoor furniture, we do understand that the cushions can become stained from sun lotion and we will make sure to replace any that are not up to our high standards. Cozy and comfortable house

Overall it was a good experience and the house was cozy and comfortable. The backyard was very pretty and perfect for little dogs. Our dogs loved running around in the yard. The house was not modern, more older style. Some drawers in the master bedroom were not opening and closing properly. There was also not enough lights in the backyard. The bathroom in the hallway was not flushing properly towards the end of our stay. The kitchen did not have enough utensils. For instance, we needed a scissor and the scissor in the kitchen was not working. There was only about 2 small knives. Another thing I would like to add is that we sometimes heard random noises and we also heard someone playing with the front door handle as if they are trying to open it, so this got us a little creeped out.

Hello thank you for staying with us. We are very surprised with your review. We reached out to you during your stay and you did not mention anything about the toilet not working properly. You mentioned scissors. We will make sure we have scissors in our kitchen. We have plenty of forks spoons and knives so we’re not sure what you mean by missing ítems Seems like he just needed scissors. We also have a ring camera doorbell that shows the front porch and driveway. We checked the footage after this review and did not see anybody come to the door at night. Again we wish you would’ve mentioned this while you were staying with us. We would have helped bring you scissors or anything anything else you needed. It’s unfortunate we read this review after you leave. We are very proactive hosts and would have corrected any issues you might’ve had. We apologize we weren’t able to let you stay past your checkout time. We hope that has nothing to do with this review. Again we hope potential guests reading this will see all of our positive reviews we have of our clean and functional. property. Our pictures are current. We want to assure our guests are always our priority and we are here for any issues that may arise. We hope you would’ve mentioned how cool our place days even with 100° weather. Great homie vaca from home

Manager Mario was on point. Had a small issue in the begining and he was super fast to pull out a miracle. Some small appliance issues that I'm sure Mario will fix (really minor). The boy's and I had a great time. Grill came in super handy. Spa and pool were great. AC worked fantastically. Plenty of dishes for us to use. TV's in home were really nice. Garage was not updated (didnt need to be to put our four Harleys in) but the rest of the house appeared to have gotten a lot of TLC recently. Check out process was super easy (some places pretty much ask u to clean and organize the whole dang house and still charge rediculous cleaning fee). Long story short, its not a million dollar mansion. However, the price was great for what we got in my opinion. Mario was just top notch with his service to my wants and needs. Had a great guy trip with my friends in a nice home with great amenities. Would definately stay again and plan too. FIVE STARS!! Thanks for a great time Mario!!

Fun in the Sun

My family and I, including our two dogs, stayed at this property for the Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean. The pool was a lot of fun, especially for the kids. There was plenty of space for us to sit, both inside the house, as well as around the pool. In regards to furniture, my suggesion would be to update the lounge chairs for laying out under the sun. The ones that were there were in bad condition and if we weren't careful to properly balance on them, they would tip over. The yard also had plenty of grass area for my two dogs to run around. The only concern with the grass area was the part of the grass that met and went around the pool. That part became muddy and slippery very fast, as the kids kept coming in and out of the pool. The location of the house was fine. It was close to the supermarket. We stayed in and cooked all our meals using the kitchen, which was well stocked, as well as the BBQ. During our stay, there was a sand storm. The manager was quick to send out the pool man to clean out the pool, which was covered with sand and debris. He was also kind enough to allow us a very late check-out, making up for the one missed day due to the bad weather. We appreciated this very much and definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay!

The beds and house were in great shape! The back yard and pool were nice. The only thing the garage needs to be in better shape didnt want to put my luggage down or store it in their with some oil that's on the floor or mess up my shoes. :) But would stay there again..

We came out here for a quick getaway and it was just what we needed. Great pool and jacuzzi with large yard. If you want the pool heated you’d need to pay extra. Property all around was a bit dark but management fixed the lights right away. Their service was great. Anything we needed they handled it quickly. Staff who helped out were friendly. Neighborhood is 1/2 nice 1/2 dumpy but the house was pretty good.

Awesome getaway

We loved this property. It was close to lots of food and shopping but felt like there was no one else around when in the house. The kids lived in the pool and the living room was close enough that we could keep an eye on them. I was afraid there might not be enough seating for 7 people but it wasn't a problem. There was seating outside for everyone as well. The set up made the house seem spacious. The table was big enough for all of us to eat at and narrow enough that we could play games on it (we may have set some records on GoldenTee). The house was super clean. There wasn't a cobweb to be seen. It was a really fantastic stay and I can't recommend it enough.

Great place to relax with the family!

My husband and I brought our 2 and 4 year olds for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool/hot tub and just enjoying this comfortable house! The pool and hot tub are BEAUTIFUL (natural stone) and great for kids to hang out on the steps / adults to swim in the deeper areas. The house is nicely laid out for privacy (bedrooms on one side separate from living spaces), well-furnished, clean, and easy to relax in. The staff was immediately responsive when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood but close to attractions like the Desert Zoo. Highly recommended!
