A few areas for improvement would be updating some of the furniture. While the home was very clean overall, a few pieces showed signs of wear, likely due to the property's pet-friendly nature. Some furniture had bottoms that appeared chewed or were beginning to flake.We would also have appreciated a little more attention to the outdoor landscaping. The flower beds were somewhat overgrown, and moss had accumulated around the concrete area near the screened-in porch and pool. These suggestions would just help the curb appeal of the beautiful rental unit. That said, these issues did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.The pool was our favorite feature of the rental, and our kids absolutely loved spending time there. It provided a wonderful place for our family to relax and make memories.Overall, the home was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Family Trip & 1st time on this side of the bridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 1st time we have stayed across the bridge for our beach trip and it was in a good location. Not too far from the bridge and very close to the Publix and NHM. It was also nice that there was a car wash close that we could vacuum up the sand in the car before we packed up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there were friendly people walking their dogs or riding bikes, we felt very safe. There was not a lot of “beach” items like you would normally find at the houses on the water (there were a few things...a boogie board and a few chairs) but that was not a problem, we had either brought them or went and got them. We did leave a shell scoop(or a sand flea scoop) bc we couldn’t fit it in the car for the trip home. The house was big enough for our group and had a nice room for the kids to play. There are no TVs in the 2 queen and bunk room ,so if you need noise at night or fall asleep with one, plan accordingly. My SIL/BIL had their laptop. Everyone loved the pool and the sitting area outside. If we decide to stay on this side of the bridge again we would definitely come back to this house.

Really enjoyed this property, which is family and dog-friendly. The heated pool was incredible for the week that we were there in early April, which included some chilly evenings. We really enjoyed the multiple seating / living areas--everyone had enough room to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and flat, great for long walks, and the drive to Navarre Beach is a breeze. Would definitely recommend for families young and old with pets!

House was excellent and in a really nice neighborhood. Pet friendly, the fenced area outside of the pool is very large and free of mess. We enjoyed many of the local attractions and had a great stay.

Great for family!

Kitchen was well equipped. Living spaces worked well for us. Beds were soft for us, but that’s our personal preference. Pool was superb… hard to keep the grands out of it… they had a blast. Communication with rental company was great-very prompt. If we ever plan to vacation here again we would definitely come here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was great and we enjoyed our stay. A lawn crew did show up at 6am to mow and weedeat and woke all the kids up. We were only given a couple rolls of toilet paper so we had to go buy some the second day. The house was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. All in all I would recommend this place and would book it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bayou Breeze was a wonderful retreat for our family. We were close to the beach and the pool was such a wonderful bonus! Our only complaint, if you can really call it that, was that it would have been nice if the master bathroom had a larger shower and if the toilets were upgraded. Having family members that aren’t springs chickens anymore, the small, low toilets were uncomfortable for them. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Very NICE!!!

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful home! Loved how close it was to attractions and just a short drive to the beach, but privately located in a safe neighborhood. Loved the heated pool with cooler spring weather during our stay. Very nice home setup with new appliances and plenty of room for our family.

Navarre Bch Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and quiet neighborhood, besides the fact that there were a couple of neighbors that had roosters!? Lol, but not an issue of hearing them in the house, it was very quiet. A few small dead roaches but the owner had just sprayed. Also master bathroom toilet overflowed as it is easily clogged, but the owner quickly came over to cleaned thoroughly. All in all this is a very nice, clean house with a screened in, heated pool!! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

Family Vacation Fun

Really enjoyed our stay! House and pool were great! House was clean and spacious. Wish it had been closer to the beach. Back bedroom bed caved in in the middle. TV’s kept dropping off the connection. There was a big hole in the backyard fence that needed repair. Our dog escaped through it and was found two houses down inside a woman’’s house. Pretty scary. Though the host was good about answering any and all questions, she didn’t come across as being very warm and friendly. I felt like I was unconvincing her. Nonetheless, we would recommend staying here. Would have been nice to be given coupons for local attractions and restaurants.
